Could Not create email account for my company
Hi Everyone, We tried to create email account for our staff (total of 6) but we get the message "your domain already exist". We do not recall subscribing with Zoho in the past but it could have been done through one of our previous agent. We would like to subscribe directly to Zoho email. We opened a ticket yesterday but no response until now. Any Ideas Please? Thanks,
Contacts' names not being saved
Let's say I receive a message from a person whose display name is "John Bell" and email address is "personal@johnbell.com". What happens is that his display name will not be shown on Inbox messages list, but only the email address. Doesn't display closed ticket
I have for testing purposed 1 open and 1 closed ticket. The system doesn't show the closed ticket when i select the view for closed tickets. In the display 'ALL TICKETS' it counts the ticket, it sais '2 tickets' but it shows only one... Could someone check?

Apple Mail inbox not updating Zoho server
Everything was working fine until yesterday. Now when I archive or read emails in Apple Mail on a Macbook they are not showing as read on the server or my other devices (all software up to date, no system changes made). Email set up via IMAP for incoming and SMTP for outgoing. I tried restarting, and rebuilding mailbox. Other accounts eg gmail work fine, so seems to be a Zoho / Apple Mail problem. Any suggestions? Hi, Trying to use the new interface as it appears the old one is being phased out. Not thrilled about it but I'm taking the open-minded approach and will give it some time to get used to it. My question is - is there a way to streamline the process of attaching files to an email? I always want to upload from my computer. I never want to drag and drop or paste from the web. I have a function that is using information from a Sales Order. I have an argument passing the Sales Order ID (as SO_Number) to the function which I use to look up the Sales Order like this: condition = "(SO_Number:equals:" + SO_Number.toString() + ")"; mySalesOrder = zoho.crm.searchRecords("Sales_Orders",condition); ... SalesInbox Sent Emails
When I send an emails from SalesInbox module, the emails go out, and I confirmed the recipients got the emails. But those emails do not show up in my Sent folder, either in SalesInbox or when I look at the actual Sent folder on my mail server. Using standard IMAP/SMTP privately hosted mail server. Report that Includes Dynamic Count of Records from Related Form
I was wondering if there is any way to add a field to a report that dynamically counts records from a related form. Specifically, I have Form A which holds Employee Names, and Form B which holds Tasks, with a lookup to the employee's name in Form A. I'd like to have a report based on Form A which includes a count of the number of tasks assigned to each employee from Form A. I think this can be done with a pivot table, but was hoping to do it in a regular report view. Thanks for your help.
Twitter reports not picking up all content

I know I've posted more tweets that are being read in the analytics report - i checked on Twitter's analytics and the issue isn't that they are retweets or replies, or even things ating someone: I filtered to find out whether ating someone led to the tweets not being counted and the numbers don't add up. Hello, I have a paramount request for Zoho integration with my emails. Is there a way to tag emails by deal name within Zoho SalesInbox so that all emails pertaining to a specific deal are in one location? For example, tagging emails with the deal name to make the emails easily filterable. Specifically, a single contact may be associated with several deals but I don’t want to see all of the emails associated with such contact in the same place. Deals - Force users to fill in new mandatory fields when stage is updated
Hi All, I have added a layout rule to make fields mandatory once a certain progression is made in a deal. Even though the fields turn required, It will still allow me to change the stage via the deal board without filling these in. if i open the deal though, it will not let me save unless these fields are updated. is there any way that i can have a prompt to fill in the fields before it will let me progress it. thanks in advance
Unable to Sync Calendars in CRM to Mail
Zoho is great but is really poor at the basics , all i want is to be able to create an event in CRM that syncs with my default Calendar in Mail so i can sync with all my other devices ( inc my Mac) , not possible as the CRM puts it into a seperate APP calendar which can not be synced , MISSED APPOINTMENTS every week !!

Hi there, I'd like to create a formula to calculate the duration between 2 session time, but also return null if the duration is > 30 minutes (reason : these are false value, bug related, don't want to display them...) So I tried If('Timediff("sessionEnd","sessionStart")' > '00:30:00','null','Timediff("sessionEnd", "sessionStart")') but I only get null result, even when duration is less than 30min.
