Convert Notebook to Blog
Notebook is a great app for keeping a personal journal. And it does allow for sharing individual pages. It would be really awesome if a Notebook could be “published” to a website/url for anyone to see who knows the URL. Similar to how Zoho Docs allows a published Writer doc. Or a public shared WorkDrive folder. Essentially turning a Zoho Notebook into a blog.

Since this is very annoying, I have checked the delivery with a few recipients and all confirmed they had received the mail. Emails sent to hotmail addresses arrive in the spam folder

Workflow rule updates field only after delay
I have a workflow rule which is triggered after record create/update. Workflow rule calls a function which is doing some calculations and then updates fields value. The problem is that after I edit a record the fields value is updated after a small delay. So I have to wait a little and then refresh a record to see changes. Is there any way to avoid that waiting/refreshing?

For some reason, the COLLEAGUES column is not showing for our organization. We integrated GSuite and only CONTACTS & LEADS and NOT IN CRM are present. All emails sent from our domain are treated as NOT IN CRM. Any suggestions?

When we submit a candidate to client and client reject the application. It goes as rejected. My question: The candidate is rejected in hiring pipeline for a specific opening. What if we inadvertly add them in the submit to client. Will that resume still appear to client. Or will it not be sent? Please advise

Properly modify this pre-written custom function
We attempting to use a custom function to pull UTM tracking parameters from a URL field and separate them out into different fields. 1. This is currently working exactly right, however, the URL field in the CRM won't accept that field being populated with any URLs that contain tracking from our Zapier connection. Ability to sort Financial Statements by Account Number instead of Alphabetical Order
Requesting the ability to have the Zoho Books financial statements sort by Account Number instead of Alphabetical order. We have a set Chart of Accounts with relevant account numbers - and it is very frustrating that the Financial Statements ignore our numbers and will only sort in Alphabetical Order - as the Alpha sort does not make sense for us - the account number sort is what is important. It kind of defeats the purpose of having account numbers if your reports don't sort by those numbers.

Advice on how to change email header
Hi I have just set up zoho mail, changed the user name and ID to a real person name, but when I send emails it only displays the first word "hello" any advice on where or how I change this? I've a pretty complicated flow to build, hope someone want to help me. I have 2 forms, the New_Retail_Order (form1) and Credit_Card_Expenses (form2) and 2 subforms, Products (sub1) and Orders (sub2). How can I find which specific workflow rules are used by a Module?
I would like to go into my Workflow Rules and determine which ones are used by which Modules. I found something that shows how many Workflows are used by a Module, but not which specific Workflows they are. To find that, I go to Setup > Modules and Fields > [module, in this case I am going to Leads] > Summary. At the bottom there is an Automation section which shows the number of Workflows being used.
