Sorting Activites by location
Hi guys I am relatively new to Zoho and am struggling a bit with what might be a simple task and am seeking some help if possible. Currently, I am building an activty list from my contacts and have added the location field to the activty screen, however, it appears that although my customers have addresses in their records, the activity screen is NOT showing locations, and I am unable to sort the activities by location! Project Intake Management - How do you handle this in Zoho?
Has anyone configured Zoho Projects to manage project intake requests? This would include such things as fielding and acknowledging the initial request for a new project, assessment of the project, prioritization of the project, and approval/deferral/rejection... I know Zoho isn't a Project Portfolio manager, but I'm curious if anyone's devised a way of managing the 'incoming' with the tool. We're currently managing this in Excel manually and its very tedious and siloed.

Hi, Currently, there is no possible to create formatting rules with custom icons. Is it possible to create a rule as follows: e.g. a cell has the following value: 'https://zoho.com'. If a cell contains 'https://', then put an icon image within that cell, containing the hyperlink 'https://zoho.com'. Is this possible? Or any other approaches that can handle this scenario? Hello, I need help :) First I have to select and ''entreprise'' once this is done, i have a lookup field that shows all the ''fields'' i have associated to this entreprise. Then, once my ''field'' is selected, the lookup field ''crop'' autopopulate based on an other form. MY PROBLEM is that once this crop autopopulate, i have a lookup field dependant to this autopopulation into ''crop'' but it doesn't work .. and I don't understand why since the writing is the same (info comes from the same form).
