I have been searching for this functionality and took me few hours to resolve, what and how the idea of email forwarding should work with your solution. So first is idea of explaining better the whole think to users. Not so trivial.
There still must be something in settings I don't get, so my forwards does not work.
Second is the functionality and user experience. That is very bad. No option to customize the language or design. If person really decide to forward his offer to few friends and he click the button, what he will see will definitely stop him from this action. Also don't understand, why he could not add multiple emails. It is same work to for each forward he wants to do! The email which his friend than would recieve is very bad as well. He should just get the email with and extra header or something. This approval process is the killer. If this is not necessary by law, would be smart to skip it.
The whole think is quite of a hack for small businesses with tight customer relationship. Sometimes they have been super happy and loyal and can be willing to forward some great offers from time to time. But really not like this. Should there be some renovation of this service, better if it become native in Campaigns and also support own url as forms.
