Hello, We are trying to migrate the emails from a domain we have hosted at Netfirms to a different domain that we have recently setup on Zoho. We have supplied the required information, but the following error is displayed when we try to add the migration. Server not reachable The domain on Netfirms is amgrd.ca, and the domain on Zoho is wmcrd.ca. The email addresses have been setup on Zoho, and the MX records have been changed for the wmcrd.ca domain. Would the different in domain be a conflict?

How to update record without creating a new one?
Hello I want to update the fields of Test1 and Test2 of an already existing record in the form 'Form1' when the same input of Scan is submitted. Where is the best place to store configuration information for subscription and add-ons?
Suppose I sell web hosting. Every time someone subscribes to a plan, I want to add the web site domain so it can be automatically configured when I get the subscription_created event from Zoho subscription. If that person takes 5 extra emails as add-ons, where could I store those emails to be created automatically? We can add custom fields to customers, and invoices, but not to subscriptions. What's the best (robust) way around this?

Cannot accept invite
Hi, I'm having a problem in accepting the invitation from our account administrator. I have tried to accept the invitation by clicking the link in the email from our administrator, this opens up the webpage with the dialogue box with the 'Accept Invite' button. When i click on the button the page shows green processing dots and then just reloads the screen with the 'accept invite' dialogue box. Can anyone help? Hi commmunity! We want to clean up an important list (list #1) of contacts while keeping them on another list (list #2). This way the import to the 'Do-Not-Mail'-list is no option, i think. I want to make an export of the 'Never Opened' in 'Listbased Reports' and import them in a way to clean up list #1, but not remove them from list #2. Hello Zoho, Do you have a recommended method for reserving products? The use case is you have created an estimate and/or sales order for a project, and now need to reserve those products to make sure they are available when it is time to deliver or install them. I suppose we could mark them as a not shipped package, but that does not seem ideal, because how does anyone know they are only on hold? Hi everyone, I'm trying to make a form that can be auto saved to a contact in Zoho as a PDF attachment. This way I can have our team fill out the form when meeting with a client then the form auto uploads against the contact in Zoho. I'm open to using any form builder but we already use Jotform for other things and it seems to work well. So a suggested automated workflow would be: 1) User completes a form in Jotform (or similar) 2) Form is exported to PDF 3) Zapier (or other automation software)

We sell programs for students to study abroad. When a subscription is submitted from our website, it gets fed directly into Zoho CRM. However, we have agencies who also send us leads and thus subscriptions are received via email, bypassing our website. These leads must be manually entered into Zoho. Is it possible to have a drop down with a list of all agencies so I can select who did the referral / submission ? I do not want to give agents access to enter into Zoho. Calculating average time report on a page from a formula field
