Emails not shown in Lead/Contact records; how can I see coworkers emails?
We're running a trial version of ZOHO. We have SalesInbox enabled. Permissions are set correctly (I'm CEO, other roles are below me). SalesInbox seems to work - when we add a Lead/Contact it shows as in CRM. However we do not see emails in the Lead/Contact records. Should existing emails (not sent via CRM but found via SalesInbox) be shown there? Thanks.

"Editing amount or date in a Uber expense is not allowed."
I recently integrated Uber with Expense and took my first ride. I tipped the driver $3.00 and the receipt that Expense correctly imported from Uber clearly shows that the total cost of the ride was $17.48. Expense is forcing the amount to be $14.48 and when I try and edit it, I get the error: Editing amount or date in a Uber expense is not allowed. This seems like a bug / missed requirement to me. Am I missing something?

ZOHO API
Does the API even work? I have tried MULTIPLE combinations of the C# api and have come to the conclusion that it does not work. Some of the commands in the ZOHO ZCRMSDK samples do not exist (Initialize for example). I have skipped trying to use the driver and am using the RestClient driver instead just to try and get a response from a self-client token, but even that returns nothing. Did ANYONE have any success with any of the API's? If so, could you provide your code? It would be greatly appreciated.

Just noticed 2 new required fields whilst editing an item.... Coverage Calculation This looks very interesting & I'm really hoping that the calculation field will be used for purposes such as 1 box = 12 items @ 0.99 = 11.88, meaning the line item price can be manipulated using this calculated field ? Until now these fields are only shown whilst editing, not when adding a new product?

Twilio & Zoho Limitations
No view exists in the modules that can be created which joins the Activities (Calls) and Leads/Contacts modules so that we are able in only one single screen to see who needs to be called, what kind of call it is, and then actually call them. Reports has a view but you cannot click to call. LAME When you click to call a small window opens up in the bottom right of the browser. Why is pasting to Zoho sheet so buggy?
Hi, I would like to know what is required for simple pasting of data to Zoho Sheets. I am trying to copy from excel fields and HTML table from a website. I am using the latest release of Google Chrome for Windows 10. Most of my attempts are met with 100% fail (nothing is pasted). The others will paste information taken from multiple fields and instead of distributing it correctly across several fields it will past it all in one field. Hi all, I had an @zoho.com free email addresses and signed up for the Workplace Professional Trial. I also purchase, via zoho, a domain so I can trial out the emails. I don't want any alias email addresses for either my own domain nor the @zoho.com domain. Hello Currently we can use custom mail address for zoho desk tickets, portal invitations etc but the community component (past zoho discussion) still uses noreply@zohodiscussions.com / noreply@zohodiscussions.eu for community notification mails. Mail forward to MMS gateway not getting through
I'm trying to forward email through an email-to-MMS gateway and the verification message isn't getting through. What's happening is that a mosaic pattern graphic is getting through while the email text is stripped out. Can the verification code messages be sent as just plain text instead of HTML-formatted messages? When the email address is finally added, the confirmation notification message is sent as plain text. Why not the verification message also?

Cant download new messagens POP
Hi Approximately 4 days I'm has a problem to download messages via Thunderbird. Thunderbird show the message: verifying new messages, but never download the messagens. I tried to disable pop access and enable again. When I did this change the Thunderbird download all messages in the database (approximately 8000 messages). Now I have only three messagens in zoho mail webmail, but I cant download them. How can I solve the problem? Thank you

Client Users can't see any Issues
I added a few Client Users to a Project and gave them full access to All Issues in Permission Settings, however, none of them can see any of the Issues in the Project. Am I missing something? I don't even see them when I go to add Followers or anywhere other than in Users.

Desk Comments in Contacts
In Zoho Desk, you can go to a Contact and add a comment for that Contact. It would be helpful if that comment would show up under the Contact and Account Overview. Otherwise, you don't see the comments unless you are looking for them. This would be similar to how when you add a Note to a Contact in CRM, that note will show up in the Account notes.
