Grid/Spreadsheet Style Field?
Hello- I'm new to Zoho Creator and Web App development in general so be nice :^D. I'm really enjoying converting an old FileMaker database I have over to Zoho Creator. Creator is awesome! Create Invoice with 2 or mor lines on Quickbooks with Deluge
Hi, Do you know how to create an invoice with 2 or more lines on Quickbooks from Zoho Creator with deluge? I've tried many times, but when I add a text variable to a map variable like this: Invoice = map(); Invoice.put("Line", TextVariable); The map variable ends up with a lot of "\", and I can't do anything about it, even after removing the "\" with replace all because it ends being a text variable. Hello, Sometimes, clients ask us to stay confidential, to do not share or publish job adverts and it concerns also our own website. But because I want to centralise all the datas into Zoho Recruit, I create a job opening there, associated candidates as I would normally do, etc... When this is the case, the only thing that I find it annoying, is that I can't share job details as I am used to do (sending job opening url so the candidates can learn more about the role) because the role is not published.
Multi step registration form
Hi, Here is my requirement. Please let me know how to do it. It is for a non-profit event. Assume it is a 7-day event. 1) Day-1 we register all the users with basic contact info. 2) Also, mark Day-1 attendance. 3) 2nd day onwards, when the participant comes, we ask phone number. Search participant by phone number, participant info shows up. Mark 2nd day attendance. 3) Continue attendance for all other days. 4) Generate excel report with attendee details and attendance in one row. Please let me know

API Function Addition - Add guest user
Connect Team, Thanks for publishing the API! I see that we can add a member via the API, but there is not a documented function to add a guest or a restricted guest to a group. My use case for this, is that I would like to automate the process (via zoho flow webhooks) of creating a new group when I sign a new client, and at the same time, invite them as a guest to that group. Two ZOHO mail qustions
Hello, 1. : Is it possible to have multiple emails open simultaneously? Sometimes I want to multi-task and work with more than one email at a time. 2. On signatures: I have have two signatures. How can I set one to be default? I am not sure how to set up ZOHO mail to automatically add a signature to: To new emails I am sending, at the bottom To emails I am responsing to, at the bottom of my message. Thanks. MG

Unable to "Submit" Form
A client from the USA was unable to click the submit button to send her documents via my form on the website. However, a client in China sent their document through the exact same form just fine. Documents are the bulk of my business and it's easier to control if files can come in through a system. Please look into this.

How to make a template email with custom background?
I'm trying to make my own HTML template with custom background to be visible in email clients on both sides of the main email content. I do it with 2 tables: the outer table defined to be 100% wide and has picture in background and the inner table is 600px wide, so I should be able to see the background around the main content, for instance in Gmail. This however doesn't happen and the outer table is sized just around the inner table so there is no background picture visible. I'm basically trying

Hi all, My data is set up so a top form called assembly uses a multi select to hold different parts. My parts form uses a subform to collect different materials that the part is made out of. I am able to report on the materials from the parts section but I cant do so from the assemblies section. ZOHO does not seem to realize that assemblies and materials are indirectly related. How can I set something up so that when I click on an assembly all of the materials (grandchild data) is displayed. Thanks!

Firefox Extension Signing
HI, Since Firefox version 48, Extension signing is now mandatory, that is cannot be overridden using the previous "xpinstall.signatures.required : false" config change. This has caused the Zoho Assist Firefox plugin to be disabled in my browser and cannot be used. Are there any plans to get the Zoho Assist plugin updated and signed to resolve this? Thanks, Paul

I am working on a Pivot Table to compare the performance of sales people in certain date ranges. For each data set i have created an aggregate formula using the iscurrentweek, iscurrentmonth, ect. countif(iscurrentyear("Appointments"."Created Time")) countif(iscurrentmonth("Appointments"."Created Time")) countif(iscurrentweek("Appointments"."Created Time")) I now need a column for Todays data, but am unable to find an istoday or iscurrentday function. Can't post to the connected twitter account
We can't get our page (Richardson's Worlds Largest corn Maze) to post to twitter even though it's connected. We tried disconnecting it and the reconnecting, still won't post. Have checked all our settings and eveything seems to be set up correctly. We're not getting any error messages when we post to Twitter, but later in the "unpublished posts" section, its shows an error "sorry we couldn't publish this." Help!

Current Workflow - Sales Order Created - Print Pick List - Each item has pick notes... How do I make a report to show me time entries on tickets from ZohoDesk for a given period of time? For example, I need to know how much time was spent per user per day on tickets.

I am looking to report on last activity time. I know that zoho has a field for this but this field updates the date and time every time i import data. Representative's console stops responding and has to refresh/reload
For some unknown reason and on a random basis, the remote session seems to drop/stop responding. After a few seconds (10-30) the screen seems to reload on the remote computer then starts responding again. I primarily connect using the unattended computers option. Why does this happen?
How to export actual ID number to CSV
I am exporting my creator data to excel. I need to reference the ID number generated by Creator but when I pull up the csv/xls file, the ID number is in scientific notation. I've tried formatting it as a number as well as text and general. Regardless of the format change, it doesn't equate back to the original ID number. It appears as a generic number with all zeros at the end (example 3588737000000020000. It should be something like 3588737000000023014). Does anyone know how to export the data and
Windows 10 OS and some applications stop responding on remote machine
The remote computer is unstable after connecting to an unattended Windows 10 computer. The local user nor I can close some apps. Sometimes we can't even get the computer to restart without holding down the power button. Disconnecting the remote session doesn't clear the issue. How to embed a KB in a site on another domain
I want to embed a sub category of my KB (https://helpdesk.ontwerpfabriek.com) in a second site. Linking directly to answers using a Lightbox-popup (iframe). The 'X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN' header is preventing this. Is there a way to modify the Content Security Policy Policy header? Or another solution? ASAP doesn't suffice because it's KB starts with the top most category. And I don't think deep linking to an KB article in ASAP is possible. Or is it?
