Send ticket notification to more than one contact
We are creating tickets and the contact receives a customized notification we already configued, we want to send this notifications to more than one contact. We tried adding secondary email field on the ticket and also adding another email field on the contact but none is working. Does anyone knows how this is possible?

Disable tracking on admin accounts.
Hi, Is there a way to disable tracking certain accounts but still allowing them to access motivator? My situation is we have IT guys or other members of the company who are not involved in creating leads or anything similar. When I tried disabling them from Motivator they weren't able to access the program at all. I'd still like for them to be able to view the data.

Clone a contest
I created a pretty complicated contest with 6 Behaviors. It was based on Team. Now the client wants the same contest but based on individuals. Being able to clone a contest would have been nice here!
Customer KPI's
I am having a hard time creating customer KPI's. When i create a custom rule it won't show up in the end behavior. The only things that will show up in the behavior are Records:, Record Owner, & Probability. I keep trying to use some of the items from the field in the Deals Module but it won't use the rule. I am currently using the Professional version of CRM. I have also tried resyncing the modules and fields and none of it seems to resolve the problem. Steve

User Filter search Pivot Tables choose per text search
For user searches in pivot tables, you can enter text to get a list of records containing that text. Unfortunately those choices do not become automatically chosen as the search criteria (or a choice to uncheck all). This is a problem when your search results in many records, all of which you would like to look at. It would be great if this functionality worked similar to how the same functionality in excel works. Please let me know if this is possible, or if not, please consider this a suggestion
Call KPI not showing custom Call Purpose
I'm trying to create a KPI for tracking Discovery Calls complete in a period. Unfortunately, even though I have added the Custom option of "Discovery Call" to the Calls module (and I can and have selected it when placing calls) it doesn't show up as an option in the dropdown when I am trying to create the KPI. Any thoughts?

Changes to local folder structure not reflected in Zoho Docs (Cloud)
I am confused after having made certain changes to the folders and files by way of reorganising them my changes were not reflected in Zoho Docs as viewed thru the web. On checking the Folders selected in the Windows app settings I found that Docs was still syncing the old content structure and did not even reference or know of the new folders created. My only solution was to disconnect Zoho Docs in the windows app and then reconnect but even that did not show the new files structure when I selected

I am currently working on a migration and having some trouble with Products related to Deals and Quotes. So far I have imported all Deals as well as all Quotes and Products. I have been able to import Quote Line Items module and have Products (plus custom prices) related to respective Quote. What I am having trouble with is relating Products to Deals. I have a list of custom entries that identifies the ProductId, DealId, Unit Price, etc. But there is no module such as "Quote Line Item" to import

Creating work orders/contracts - is it possible?

Work order suddenly defaulting to account rather than contact
In our business we attach all Work Orders to a Contact rather than to the account. This allows us to look at contact requests and orders, rather than just the account requests. It also pulls contact information correctly when done this way. It has been working fine for hundreds of work orders, then suddenly yesterday it stopped connecting them to contacts and started only connecting them to the account. This is a huge problem for our organization, as now the work order is not able to be tracked

Hi all We're looking at using Zoho CRM and we currently use Proposify to deliver online quotes to customers. Is there a quoting app from Zoho that integrates natively that we can look at? There are so many apps now from Zoho it's kinda hard to work out which one you need, but I can't see anything obviously quoting related. Any suggestions ? Olly

I have just my first email campaign to an internal test group. However, the recipient's Outlook recognises that the email has not come from my normal email address and my email address displays in this format: My name, my email (both of these presumably coming from the way I have configured the campaign, and then, myname via eu.zcsend.net. Is there any way of getting rid of the last part (myname via eu.zcsend.net.) Thanks
