Writer fonts
I think it would help Writer be accepted as a competitor to Word, Apple Pages etc, if it included a more 'standard' selection of fonts e.g. Times New Roman, Helvetica, Arial, Avenir etc. Many organisations have a house style for their documents and communications. To use one of the Google fonts offered changes that house style. I think Writer would look more credible as a competitor if it offered at least a few of the well known 'standards' in its font menu.
Bug: Export as PDF creates secure PDF
The PDF export function always creates a Secure PDF, regardless of whether you have asked for that option. This has several negative effects. The most pressing problem for us is that users of the PDF are prevented from copying text from the PDF. When the PDF provides instructions for command lines to type in, being unable to copy those command lines is rather fatal. Zoho CRM Plug-in for Outlook gets disabled (Application add-ins)
In Microsoft Outlook, the Zoho CRM plug-in for outlook will work while the application is open. Once it is closed and reopened, however, it gets disabled on the load at startup. This breaks the integration for the user. I have the add-in tagged as 'always enable' but the disconnect keeps happening during the start up behavior. Any ideas about how to fix this issue would be great!
Synching from Zoho Calendar to Outlook Calendar
I want to make sure I understand the Zoho-Outlook calendar synching process correctly. The Outlook plug-in settings are shown in the attachment Capture.JPG. Outlook Plugin Issue
My client has installed the Outlook Plugin Version 2010, 2013 & 2016 32-bit with their Z-CRM Plus. A couple of users are complaining that their Outlook is displaying a spinning wheel in the right side (Zoho integration), then eventually freezing their Outlook all together. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, how did you resolve the issue? I might also want to add that their Windows and Office are hosted. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

It seems like reports are limited to the previous 90 days. Would it be possible to have this extended to at least the previous 6 or 12 months?

Is it possible- We have customers we would like to put on subscription but also to show them specific extra products that they could click on and would be added to their invoice. These tend to physical. I have looked through but cannot see and obvious way?
Setting to never ask me to send read receipt
I am using Zoho web interface, that keeps popping up a question of sending read receipt for the mail I open. I would like to never send read receipts and never see that pop-up again. Is there an option or workaround for that?

Zoho Blueprint - Ability to Edit Tasks
Hello, It would be very nice to be able to edit existing tasks in blueprint transitions when modifying a blueprint design. Currently if I want to change something about a task, I have to delete it from the transition and create a new task. The same is true when setting up alerts in a transition. Thanks, Melissa B.

Combine Hours from multiple accounts/customers in Creator and then into books for an invoice?
Within Zoho One how would I add functionality that let me merge hours from different customers/clients/accounts (entered from People) onto one invoice. In CRM we have clients with parent/child relationships. Those marked as clients would need to be rolled into their parents time and then billed. As long as I have a record of the original time entered and which customer/client/account it went to I can report on it later. In other words I want to make hours as being invoiced and even if they show up

Save Invoice-Template in Invoice itself

Problem with embedded forms on mobile
When accessing ZoHo creator via mobile our form application is optimized for mobile view, but when we access embedded forms via mobile on our website it does not switch to mobile view.
Native Gmail add-ons available from/for Zoho!

Cannot receive emailed sent from third party
We are using an ecommerce website and they send the email on our behalf to customer. The customer can receive email notification (as per picture below), but we cannot on our end. I have checked the mail log and tried to save the domain in the white-list but the email still fails to be received (as per attached log). Restore Deleted Emails
I use Outlook to read and use my emails. My address is a Zoho one. Recently I was notified Zoho storage was reaching limit. I deleted emails from Zoho site, not realising this would affect my Outlook where they also have disappeared from. Stupid I did not understand. Any way of getting them back?? Thanks
Pasted Image not being displayed in recipient
Hello! A coworker here is having a strange problem. When she past any image in the email to send, she get no confirmation mensage, and she see's the image in the body of the email. When she send the email, we can't see the image in the body of the email. If she goes to sends folder an see the email that she sended, the image is there. When i do the same thing on my email, i get a confirmation message when i paste. And when i send everybody receives the image normally. She is having this problem

Problem where Zoho was keeping documents from emails I deleted over three years ago. Why does Zoho keep all of our documents for 30 days after we delete the email? Is this a bug or you folks reading everyones materials?
