Have a Decision Box open a pop up to edit related contact information
I have a create order form. On this form I have a lookup field to a form called contacts. On the contacts form I have a field for Email. On the main Create Order form I have a decision box that says Update Email. I want this decision box to then checked pop up the related forms contact info in an edit pop up window. This way the user can then adjust the email address if needed in the Contact form and keep it all nice and clean. I am having trouble getting the pop up window to open the form with the

A report value created from the Desk data is wrong despite it being correct on Desk reports
I'm not sure about when this problem did occur. It was displaying the same value as the Zoho Desk report. My guess is that I did check it for the last time about a week ago and it was correct at the time. I have synchronized the data for more than one time to be sure that it wasn't a synchronization issue. Could you please check the reason for it. Workflows between Contacts & Deals module
Hello, To begin, we have renamed the Contacts module to Clients and the Deals module to jobs. We are implementing a external asset tracking system with barcoding and Zoho and we wanted it to be able to update the Jobs module via Zapier, but we can no longer update a module entry (ugh.) But we can trigger an update to the Clients module! However, it won't allow me to create a field update in a workflow when starting with clients in Jobs...only Accounts and Vendors. Are you able to change multiple purchase cost at a time for one asset?
For example, if I have multiple entries of the same asset with purchase cost of 10$ and I wanted to change all of the entries of the same asset to 20$. Am I able to change all the values at one time? Or do I have to edit each entry?

Hi, For about a day now, I've been trying to send emails using Zoho but always get the following error message "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked" whenever I try to send an email, regardless of the send address (besides zoho support contact). I tried emailing customer support twice but hasn't received any reply yet nor any acknowledgement that they received an email from me. Could anyone look into the reason why my emails are blocked?
