Uploading Lead History From Another CRM
Hello, is there another way of uploading lead history from another CRM? I have asked support the same question but they keep on saying to upload the LEAD HISTORY onto the leads. Literally hundreds of logs for a specific lead onto the FIELDS. How does that make sense? Can we make our own notes section or logs section where we can import these data and link it to the lead? Does it make sense that Zoho does not have this feature? We are going to be FORCED to DELETE THOUSANDS OF HISTORICAL DATA.
Contact Name and Account Name in merged email field
Can you have #merge field for both an account name and a contact? I cant figure out how to select/insert from two modules. Dear #contact name #account name is a great company!

Hi All, I have a travel agency with the modules 'Contacts' and 'trips'. A contact can have many trips and all this works great. However, I now wish to manage passengers within Zoho but am coming up stuck. Let's take the example of a family. We have the lead contact who booked the trip 'Contact' and we have 3 passengers. 'Passengers'. The Passengers can be linked to the Lead Contact and then added to a trip, depending on if all 3 passengers are going or 1 passenger, for example his wife. This
blueprint transition - show description field as tool tip on hover
within the blue print editor, there is a section called Description. this is good for the developer to make notes but it would be more helpful if you could put in paragraph form what the transition is for and have it display on the transition button as a tool tip. its hard to describe when the transition should be executed or what it is going to do if executed in a very limited button. i have attached an example image.
Add States to Blueprint
Simple question: Does adding a State to a blueprint add it as a stage for all records NOT in the blueprint? Example: Default stages could be Project Match > Budget Quote > Formal Quote > Sent Invoice > etc If I add a state to a blueprint using the "add state" button, will that create a Stage for all Project records that are NOT in the blueprint, or will it only be visible to record in the blueprint? I need to be able to add a state/stage that is only visible from within the blueprint.

Zoho CRM account disabled
Hi there! I got access today to Zoho CRM and Recruit. I can get inside Recruit but not CRM. My CRM admin says I got access and everything looks good on his side, but yet I only get this screen saying my account has been disabled. Any ideas on how to fix that? Is it possible to change the PayPal button on an invoice to Stripe? or is that a PayPal or nothing feature?
I'd like to use Stripe as the primary collection methods when sending invoices to clients. I can't see a way to include a link, or change the default PayPal link to Stripe. Does Zoho currently support this?

My Task Filters
Hi, use Zoho Projects heavily. When we create a project, not every task has a date assigned to it, because it is not yet known. When we look at the "My Tasks" view that we access from the homepage, we can filter for dates on tasks, but we cannot filter where the date is empty. As a workaround, we created a task status called "planning", but it is very painful to update that status one task list at a time. It would be great if we could filter the open tasks view for tasks with no start/due date.
Can't sent emails from primary account
I'm getting this error: "Email Address should be verified to enable sending from this account. Provide confirmation code in Send Mail as section or POP Accounts section to verify" i can't send any email so I'm unable to contact support via email

Inconsistant Formatting in email replies
We sometimes have an odd issue with replying to clients via the ticketing system. We use snippets a lot and we've run into the formatting issue we've seen once again so I'd like to formally ask if anyone else has these kinds of issues, and is there a fix? We have an issue using the Calendar Report. If someone navigates to a different week/month/day from the what the current date is, and then edits an item on the calendar, after Submitting the updated record, the calendar returns to the "Current" view - NOT the view the user was at prior to the edit. Is there anyway to ensure that the user will be returned to the view they were at, and not have the view reset? I frequently given notification that there's something wrong with my MX records. I place MX records as follows: MX 10 mx.(domain.name). MX 20 mx2.(domain.name). Error adding a developer
I'm trying to add a developer to my app and I get the following message: "Failed to add user. Adding user, with secondary email address is not allowed. Contact the user for their primary email address." Does this mean he has already registered to Zoho Creator with a different email and set the one that I'm using as secondary? Also, do developers count toward the number of users in my subscription?

Facebook ads Integration bug when using account in MXN currency
Hello Guys I've been trying to retrieve data from Facebook ads and campaigns, however, when I open the Accounts table created by zoho, I see the columns "Amount spent" and "Balance" quantities are wrong. They display $37,947.00 and $15,407.00 this is wrong, since when I see this in facebook, Amount spent is $379.47 and $154.07 its like is not reading the decimals or some weird conversion is happening. Are there additional formulas for Zoho Forms? If not, how would you create a formula to find a date that is X amount of weeks from a set date?
I'm building a form where I need to get an output date of 52 weeks from the input date. I'm finding that Zoho Forms is limited in the date formulas allowed (unless I'm missing something). Seems like I may be able to use Zoho Creator for this (also not sure on the integration between Creator and Forms or if there is any). My questions are if there is a formula that I could use for this in Zoho Forms and if not, what would the formula be for Zoho Creator?
