Can't upload images from SMS on an android
Hi I have images in my SMS messages that need to go to my workdrive. When I open the image and select the share icon it gives me the option to upload directly to Workdrive. I use that option and all seems to be working perfectly, it even let's me select the folder I would like to upload to. However, after selecting the files and selecting 'Upload' it goes back to the image, and nothing ends up in the selected folder in Workdrive. Please assist.
Sheet I made and auto-saved is now blank
Just started with Zoho last night. Built a spreadsheet which auto-saved multiple times. Now, after sharing with myself and my wife via personal emails, when I open the Sheet it is completely blank! What happened?

Hi there, when using Zoho One CRM, Customer, Email and attaching using the paperclip from workdrive the size of the document is increased. There is no option for the customer to print/download and also, if you rightclick to print, an A4 document has to be shrunk to 70% to fit on the paper. Please can you have a look in to this for me? Adding multiple Redirect URIs as API Credentials
Hi, My name is Fran and I am trying to integrate Zoho with my App through Oauth. The point is that I need several entry points (redirect URIs) as callback, but when I add a URI, the UI doesn't let me add another one. I could add multiple URIs by adding several API clients but this will generate several tokens and I need just one, how could I add multiple URIs to just one API client? I tried to add them separated by commas, spaces... But this didn't work. Thank you

Images not working anymore in sheets
Hi. Anyone experienced this issue before? In a collaborative sheet with our client, all of a sudden none of the images work anymore... and we can't seem to find the cause of this problem. Now, we'll try to just find the images the re-upload them but I am afraid the same thing will happen again - which disrupts the workflow a lot.

Basic PHP code example for adding new leads
I have looked in vain to find a simple php code example for adding leads while processing a form from our website's support/inquiry forms. Our form has multiple actions, including sending emails and logging certain data in our own database. I just need a snippet or something to demonstrate how I go about taking a few of the form fields we have collected and sending them via the API to our Zoho account to create a new lead. DNS Management
I am SO frustrated! I am trying to connect my domain to Wix and now I am not able to receive emails nor connect to Wix. I followed the instructions step by step and for about 2 days everything was working. Once I added another mailbox to my Zoho Mail then that's when everything stopped working. Is there any way to set my DNS settings back to the default settings so that I can start all over? Setting Mandatory Fields using Workflow or Layout Rules
HI I want to set some fields as mandatory requirements under Candidates section once a particular status/stage is reached. This is easily achievable in Zoho CRM using Layout Rules but it is not possible in Z Recruits. There is no Layout rules options in Recruit nor is there a Work Flow Rules option to set mandatory fields. This can really solve a lot of issues. I'm sure others will agree. How to validate 2 fields?
Hi There I am just about starting to use Zoho CRM. I have added 2 number fields where I have to let the user enter their percentages. How can I validate the fields such that the sum of both fields cannot exceed 100? I thought about using formula field to add these two fields before hand. Hi just cannot get my head around this. We have a main email address mine infact and we would like all staff to access to it and be able to respond to customer on that address as well as there own. This is all within CRM. I understand permissions and have set the organisation email but i suspect that i have miss understood its use. Any help would be great.
