Is anyone else having this issue? I have called the support team daily for the last week and keep getting the run around... we are working with Outlook to fix the issue. It is on Outlooks end. I keep being told it will be fixed within 12 hours - it has been over a WEEK!!!

IMAP sync is really slow
Hello, I'm using Zoho now for some days after migrating to it from my ISP mail. Unfortunately, I experience a massively slow sync with IMAP since the change. I use on my laptop Thunderbird and on my smartphone (Android) AquaMail. AquaMail shows me at every sync how long it took. With my old mailbox from my ISP I had a sync under 0,2s, but now with Zoho, it sometimes even took 13 seconds to synchronize, same with Thunderbird. It feels slow and sluggish, sending takes like 20 seconds.

New to Creator: I have a single line field in a subform called added by. I would like to be able to articulate who added the new entry. My code is simply input.addedby = zoho.loginuser; However, this doesn't work in the subform. Only in the main form. Is this somehow not supported? Dale

Setting up different clients in creator
I have a Microsoft Access database that I sell to Accountants. They have numerous clients that they have to set up, import the client's information and make changes to the information. So new clients are created and information is imported, and the Accountant can open up any of the other clients and work on them as well. Notebook for Mac crashes on startup
I logged in with my google account and now the app crashes when I try to open it. The window is visible for a second and then the app crashes.

I'm a bit lost on how to associate a subform with a second parent form. Im my use case I have three forms: Parent Form 1: New_Potential_Tract Parent Form 2: New_Working_Tract SubForm: Ownership_Details New_Potential_Tract has a bidirectional relationship with Ownership_Details via a field called "Tract_ID_Code". New_Working_Tract has a lookup field "Potential Tract" allowing the user to select the Potential Tract to convert to a Working Tract. A Deluge Script then pulls field values from New_Potential_Tract

I was working on a document and hit save several times throughout my work. I can only seem to pull up the old, unaltered document. I'm not seeing where to open the file that contains the altered document. I've tried every button. The formatting doesn't make a lot of sense. Dear Zoho, We use your CRM package to run our business. It appears you changed the domain for emails sent from CRM from @zohocrm.com to @sender.zohocrm.com. And you didn't inform your customers. Zoho/Outlook Integration
Hello, I would like to set up my Outlook to automatically attach emails to the correct CRM account and have done so. However, I noticed that when I delete the email in Outlook it takes it out of the email section in the connected CRM account. Is there a way to stop it from auto-deleting in the CRM? I would like to keep a running history of emails for each customer without having to keep all emails in my inbox in Outlook. Thanks!
Zoho Calendar sync to Zoho Outlook Plugin
