Zoho Desktop Mail - Unable to download files from Cliq chat
User in our office are unable to download files from Cliq chat conversations in Zoho Desktop Mail. Clicking the download icon does nothing. We are using version 1.0.12 of the Zoho Desktop Mail application. Edit: Corrected version we are using.

Recovery of deleted group emails data
Hi, I have deleted my group yesterday (appgreengo.com), due to migration to a different domain. Is it possible to recover the emails and contacts from it to my new group, joompin.pl? I know it's reckless of me not to notify my coworkers that I'm doing it; humbly asking for some help. Basically, I'd love to have all the history back on the new domain, all 5 email accounts are the same as before, just the domain part changed.
Automatically adding new Leads to a Campaign based on the Lead Source?
It seems like there should be an easy way to automate this - is this a function (which I've not done before, but am game to try it...). I'd like to add all incoming Leads with a particular Lead Source to a specific Campaign. Advice gratefully received.
Re-activate email accounts
Hello, Recently, I had to disable a few accounts in our account and we are ready to re-enable them. However I can only do so partially, as I can turn the accounts back on, but incoming and IMAP access remains disabled. I try to enable them but get a message stating "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only". For email forward only accounts, I removed and recreated since they didn't store mail. But other accounts I can't do that, as I don't want the contents of the inboxes to be lost. These

noticeable delay in remote control session
Hi guys, setup a trial today and I have a question regards the speed of remote control, there is a big response lag between an input and seeing it take effect. Im based in the UK and on a 380mb connection and client (also in the UK) is on a 75MB connection so speeds are healthy. Ill always be controlling PCs within the UK - can you check im on the right server? and / or do you have desktop software for technician use rather than the browser method? John

Hello experts, I'm a bit of a learner here, so thanks ahead for your patience. Unfortunately I started using Zoho CRM without an 'Industry' field setup in my Deals module. I do have that field in Leads and in Accounts. I have now finally added the 'Industry' field into my Deals module and this should now work as I wanted through future input/conversion mapping process. However, the result is that most of my existing deals now have the 'Industry' field as blank. Conversion mapping of course does not

I have an established client base and I use Desk for their support issues, Projects for major projects but there are some jobs, such as adding a new feature to an existing system that sort of seem to get lost between Desk and Project. Report Print/PDF Ignores Filters!!!
So I have successfully created my first application and all is running well. The records and their templates are created and also work great. Thanks to the "Filter"-Option under "Field Configurations", I am also able to successfully hide rows with a quantity of "zero" from showing inside the report. But, what is immensely upsetting is that these fields still show inside the PDF! Which makes absolutely no sense... The whole point of a print/pdf function is to get the report printed out the way I

Enjoying your app so far, some suggestions
First of, up until now I am loving the app and its simplicity. Things that would make me love it even more though; - Being able to custom sort the notes so I can put my "To do list" at the top of my notebook. - Having an android widget that gives me the ability to put one single note (my to do list) on my home screen and being able to check/uncheck boxes from my homescreen without opening the app. (right now I can only put an entire notebook on my homescreen) - Being able to upload custom images

Export (custom) properties/pick list options from fields in modules
Hello, let's say I have module X and field Y. Field Y has many properties/pick list options that can be chosen from. Is there a chance to get all those properties/pick list options exported through a csv file? I tried data export as well as custom filters and the zoho sheet view but I just can't see to be able to just export those properties/pick list options from specific fields. Can you give some advise? Hi there. Having problem to use the archive folder link under ZOHO MAIL. Before was working properly, since all the folders were already listed in a expanded way. Now i need to click to expand the following subfolders over each folder that i want to archive to. Is being quite annoying since by mistake, many times, archives into wrong folders. Will New Sheets, Writer Docs, and Show Presentations Appear in WorkDrive?
I'm implementing Zoho WorkDrive currently, but I'm running into a problem — when my staff goes directly to writer.zoho.com, sheet.zoho.com, or show.zoho.com and creates a new file, those files save to their personal Zoho Docs, and there's no way to get them into Zoho WorkDrive (i.e. no easy way to share them). I know that you're currently rolling out a migration tool for MIGRATING old files from Zoho Docs, but how can I get new Show, Sheet, and Writer files to appear within WorkDrive for sharing
