How I can create task in Project and link it with a Deal not Account in CRM
Background: I have Account with Deal in Zoho CRM and projects mapped with Account and Deal in Zoho Project. I would like to create task and sync them between Zoho Project and Zoho CRM. Problem is: When I tried to create task in Zoho CRM, I can either link task to Account Project or Deal Project. But when I tried to create task in Zoho Project, I can only link task to an Account, not Deal. See attached picture, you can only select Account, there is no Deal list.

Zoho campaign emails are not being delivered to Office 365 mailboxes
Hi None of our Zoho campaign emails are being delivered to Office 365 mailboxes. Campaign emails are delivered to other email systems eg. gmail We have run Office 365 message traces and there is no record of the email arriving so Microsodt systems are not receiving the email. We have also tested it with alternate Office 365 tenancys so the problem is not specific to one office 365 tenancy. Card Scanner App isn't transferring all the data to the CRM

HI Zoho Seems the only way to communicate internally and stay informed is to make internal comments and mention agents. We receive email notifications about that which are far away from be informative. They contain 1) The ticket number 2) The text of the comment But... Hide "Discount" in Quote table if no discount
So in the PDF Export of Quotes, we have "Discount" on a line-item base. As we dont want to show the expression, when no discount is given, how can we hide it? In word you can set rule, depending if the output from zoho database would be 0,00, but the interpreter of zoho can't do it (actually it can't do anything...) Any Workarounds?

Ticket Search API Call - Skip 5000 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
I'm trying to read more than 5,000 tickets in via the API. sharing a folder and viewing it on a mobile browser
I shared a folder with someone the other day. when they viewed it on their mobile phone in a browser they had a tough time using it at all. 1. the file names get cut really short and there is no way of seeing entire file names 2. the DOWNLOAD button for each file was completely hidden. you have to first CLICK the file, and even after you CLICK the file, you still dont see the download file. you have to turn your phone in to landscape mode for the download button to show up. it was a little embarrassing

How to display contacts as Last name, First name
Hi, How do I set the display of contacts to LastName first? In the app this is a simple click, and it works beautifully. On the desktop, I cannot find where to set this. In General Settings under Organisation Options, it will not let me change it, I always get the "Oops, something went wrong" error message (tried it in different browsers). Thanks.
