Is there a way to check the user's input for a certain field critera? Field value needs to be at least 12 characters long and has to be in alphanumeric format. It can contain special characters. Currently we use quickbooks on line but consider ZOHO accounts better. However it does not appear possible to extract P&L Cashflow or a balance sheet for different entities. Would be grateful for confirmation if this is possible. Regards Charles

Tracking purchase expense with items purchase info
Hi, I can't find this in the thread so I am asking it here. When I create items in my account and set up recurring invoices that include those items, I think the journal will be something like: Dr Receivables Cr Sales Dr Cost of sales Cr Inventory I'm asking because I set up the items to automatically update Cost of sales with the cost price. Does this mean I do not have to create a recurring purchase expense for those items? Or do I still create the purchases expense to affect inventory eg. //

Wrong contact total - Soho Campaigns
Hello, When I do an export of all my contacts, it adds up to 2367 (2345 are on a list + 22 not on a list) but when I check on the dashboard, its shows 3641. Why is this difference? It's a problem because I have a 5000 contacts plan and if already 1200+ contacts are taken by ghost contacts, then I can't import all the contacts I planned to... thanks for your help.
Unable to see some of my active users
I have a Zoho One subscription and have a license for 5 users. All 5 are currently assigned to a user. I need to deactivate one of the users but when I go to the Zoho One admin panel and click on users, I can only see two out of the five users details. When I click on the user I want to see all I get is the "Select a user to view details" as if I hadn't clicked on anything. I've tried using different browsers and that didnt work either.

With ipad (iOS12.1.4), I downloaded Zoho Docs app and tried to login with my ID (email address) and password. It requires additional passcode sent to my cell phone. So I entered the exace 7-digit code but never be able to login. with the message "Exceeded_Maximum_Allowed_Authtokens" (attached picture). Hi, Our non-profit has a need to make it easy for volunteer managers to e-mail specific groups of contacts within a hierarchy. We need to import revised contacts 2 or 3 times per year. Getting lots of spam emails to fake users at my domain
I've lately been getting hundreds of emails a day sent to fake user accounts in my organization. For example, John.Doe@mydomain.com, Jane.Doe@mydomain.com, etc. These users don't exist, but Chinese spammers are sending through tons of emails that are being caught in Quarantine. I have to go through and delete each one and it takes a very long time. Zoho customer support has not responded to me. What can I do to prevent this? Thank you.

It would be nice to have the "Submit" and "Reset" button pinned on the form (i.e. always visible regardless where the user is within the form). Currently I have some forms that are fairly long, and it can be very irritating to have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of them form to click submit, especially when doing a quick edit at the top-most part of the form.
Domain e-mail users are not appearing in Organizational Contacts or auto-filling in the To field of a new e-mail message
I have about 20 e-mail user accounts set up with our domain pointing to the zoho e-mail now. The e-mail help documentation indicates that e-mail user accounts should be automatically appearing in the Organization contacts and auto-filling when a user types another user's name or e-mail address in an e-mail message or @Name style for streams. Updating Same Module Entry that Triggered the Zoho Flow
I have a flow in which updating a deal in my Zoho Deal is my trigger action. I used a some filter/decisions to see if certain fields need to be updated in that deal. I try to use action of "Update Module Entry" as my action but it requires an Entry ID. There is no way for me to say that I want the same deal updated that triggered this Flow. So what I have done is to go to my calander settings and I have selected 'view only free/busy information' to make sure that event name/details do not display on my site. Convert RTF to string removeing html code
I have a form with a RTF named Comment. The user could enter a lots of text making the view cumbersome. I added a string field called Short_Comment. This field that contains the first 200 characters of the Comment. This makes the View more manageable. However I get html code in the string field.
