Zoho Notebook Desktop for Windows 7
I believe it would be great for the standalone Zoho Notebook Windows version if it is compatible and released for Windows 7! The Microsoft store is only compatible with Windows 10 and users like me who doesn't have Windows 10 will get dissapointed, and I am dissapointed about this. I hope you lovely guys at Zoho considers!

Desk API idea to include last modification time to contact
Hi, I would like to propose adding last modification time property to contact resource. It would allow to use additional ways than webhooks to fetch contact updates. Do you find possible to implement this in future API revisions? Best, Lukas
Is there a way to avoid having tickets with future due dates show up in backlogs?
We often set tickets to have future due dates to perform an action for a customer at some point in the future. Perhaps we should be using tasks instead??? In any case, all these future tickets make our Backlog dashboard high. Is there a way to deal with this?

Hello, I'm trying to get some JobOpenings fields via API but failing. The fields are 'State/Province' and 'Zip/Postal Code'. Other fields are returned correctly. Example request: /recruit/private/json/JobOpenings/getSearchRecords?scope=recruitapi&version=2&selectColumns=JobOpenings(JOBOPENINGID,State/Province,Zip/Postal Code)&searchCondition=(Publish on site|is|xxxxxxx)&fromIndex=1&toIndex=200&authtoken=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx In this case the API only returns JOBOPENINGID so I'm guessing the problem

Hello. A few moments ago I tried to send an email from my personal Zoho account, but it was rejected with the error "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked". This is an email account protected by two factor authentication, used and managed by myself only, and I seldom use it to send emails. However, I am concerned about this particular issue. I always give permission of edit to my office mates I always give permission to folder so that each file that is inside the folder got automatically permission but when they try to edit the file which is present in that folder it does not allow them to edit .

Hi, I received an email that someone has shared a spreadsheet with me. This is the same email account that I use for my normal Zoho login. When I login using my normal credentials through browser/ios/android I do not see the shared spreadsheet. Presumably it should be in 'Shared With Me' in the apps? Why is it not showing? New to Flow - working on a connection between Gmail and Zoho CRM
I've got a connection set up to set up a new Lead when a new email is received in a Gmail account. It works when I send a test email from another Gmail account, but when I try from a different email (work, using Outlook), it's reading the email address incorrectly and says that the input type isn't 'email.' MAJOR MAC BUG!!! UNINSTALL RIGHT AWAY!
two of our computers just went on a crazy reboot loop. we couldnt figure it out and kept tryihng to boot in to safe mode to figure out what was causing it. finally uninstalling the unattended zoho assist app resolved the issue and our mac was able to boot up properly. now im scared but have to check all our clients computers and see if they are going through the same issues. this is a major blunder !!!
Shared folders disappear when I exit and then enter my email account
Hi I've been trying to share my email folders between accounts, but have not been able to do so successfully. For instance, I can share an email folder from example1@fastgardener.com to example2@fastgardener.com and example2 can click accept and join the folder. However when example2 logs out of his email account or refreshes the page, he loses access to the shared folder. Can you explain why this is happening? And if there is any way to resolve this? Zoho campaign won't load html
Hi everyone, I am trying to send bunch of invitation emails to our customers, but ZOHO campaign feature will not load html file I have prepared. The file is almost exactly the same I have used in our previous campaigns, and these had loaded without any issues, but this time it is just stuck on "loading html file" message and won't go any further. Failed to join session - Windows
Hi, We keep getting an error message saying "Failed to join remote session due to the following reason:" and then it doesn't give a reason (See attached screenshot.) We use folder redirection for our user files (documents, download, desktop etc.) which means a users download folder is stored on the network. It seems that running the ZA_Connect.exe file from a network location returns the attached error code. When we run the ZA_Connect.exe file from a local disk such as a usb stick it works fine.

Hi, We have an office email id. This email id is used for sending emails for notification to clients. Sometimes, the email id mentioned in the sending mail is not correct and we get mail undelivered notification to the email id. But is it possible to send an alert to another email id saying "An email is undelivered to 'test @ test.com'. Please check." Hello, In our Zoho application we have person objects (based on the Contacts module) and Link objects (based on the Accounts module). In the person object we store all person related information. In the Link object we attach two person objects, one volunteer and one client. I want to create a custom Person view where I can see all Person objects that aren't attached to one Link object.
