Can't upload images on dashboard

Looking for a Last Month filter
Hi, I need to know how many of a certain type of email we have sent last month. If I search for the email by title I get all the emails but in the filters on the left, there's no ''Last month'' as you can see below. I tried doing an advance search but that didn't help. If I could make a search and set the start and end date it would help but I can't. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you
Developing a CRM connector without user possible?
So I got the job to integrate Zoho CRM with a customer application. The documentation tells me to generate a "Self-Client" or how to generate an access token with user intervention, but the system should access the CRM API without this intervention and I am not able to generate a new Self-Client when the other should get invalid. Is it possible to access the API without these? Or is there a work around? I found only SDKs for PHP, Java and others, but not for ruby. Is there a ruby SDK planned?
Bank reconciliation
It would be a great help to have the banking module reconciliation sorted as the banks show on the statement. It's generally sorted by date & then lowest to highest value. Zoho shows them by creation time, which is not at all helpfull when there are lots

Zoho mail can't connect to any CRM
I've been struggling to connect Agile CRM and Hubspot. It's been 2 whole months and is frustrating! Hubspot says it could be a firewall from zoho preventing me from connecting. Is asking me to go into zoho mail settings to whitelist the IP addresses that Hubspot provide. How do I navigate to the whitelist option for that? Hi, I use Zoho to save Orders from clients and to create invoices. I configured a new field in the Sales Orders section named "number". This field is very useful to write the orders numbers sent by the clients. I would like to display this field in the Invoices section. I noticed that the hero image in the new UI is not really responsive. Once you switch to mobile It just crops the edges of the image and focuses on the middle. Is there a workaround for this if I Don't want to lose some important information that could be on the parts that are cropped out?

Hi, I upgraded to the paid plan because having bought a new domain, I wanted to set up a new email address to be linked to it. But having paid, I now find that all but one of my existing email addresses has been cancelled (what happens when people email those addresses now?) and I have to additionally buy a new user account to be able to set up the email address I wanted in the first place. Automatic Closure of Tickets
In our support flow, we use the method to not close a ticket ourselves, the customer needs te do this. When we handled a ticket, then we 'offer' the status Solved to the customer and the customer needs to Close the ticket (via portal) when they accept the solution which solved the ticket. The thing is that a part of our customers use this method and a part doesn't. So what we want to implement now, is a automatic rule in ZoHo that will Close the ticket after 2 weeks of idle time after 'offering'

Zoho app for approve payments workflow
Hi, Is there a way for the zoho expense app to submit every expense for approval, instead of a expense report? What i want to achieve is that when an employee need to buy/make a payment, send me the details for approve, and (if approve) send it to another employee for a code for the payment. Zoho One employee leaving POP backup storage and docs in Zoho CRM
Assuming that Zoho One includes Zoho Mail Enterprise which comes with 1Tb storage available. When the employee leaves the company: 1. Is the POP backup in CRM also 1Tb? 2. After deactivating the Zoho user account is there any fee for keeping that POP backup online? Thinking after a couple years in having around 50 users left in this situation? 3. Zoho Docs linked to CRM records are deleted? or can those linked files be saved in any backup after the user is deactivated?
Zoho one domain transfer
Hi I bought a Zoho One account. Currently i have a website + domain + email hosted at one.com. I want to transfer my domain to another registrar because one.com says they are not compatible with Zoho. For example i want to transer my domain. jconi.be to iwantmyname.com. Now i have 2 e-mailboxes connect that i use. I want to keep using those mail adresses but how can i transfer these? This is not clear to me. Can i still use them once i transfer my domain?
