My business email is not receiving emails from mobile phones
Hi Zoho Community, I recently set up my email account and was doing test emails to verify if it's working. When I sent it from my desktop computer via google.com email account, it works. But when I sent it from my iPhone using Apple's email app that comes with the phone for use with a google email it says address not found. Sorting by Project Name in Chronology Ghantt
Is there no way to sort by Project Name in Chronology Ghantt view? We need a way to be able to assign filters that show tasks associated with certain users, and then sort by project name. From what I can tell there is no way to do this.

Hi, I'm setting up Zoho Campaigns and working on Settings > CUSTOMIZATION > Signup Pages and Emails end discovered two issues that prevent me from finalizing this stage. In all the setting there is a possibility the change the text and appearance of the button. Not the in the "Confirmation page for Topics" however. The "BUTTON" tab does not exist here :-(. Creator emails dropped by domains with DMARC p=reject or p=quarantine
Is there a way to send DMARC aligned emails from zohocreator? The organizations I work with have strict DMARC policies and I don't believe the emails coming from Creator are aligned. He guys, chat is malfunctioning. When I start a text chat then move the window back so I can have full screen, I am no longer able to chat. The conversation history is not displayed and I have to type in the clients chat. At first I thought this was an issue with my browser however it's happened on two separate computers that I use. Hello, I am having a great deal of trouble trying to set up OAuth2 from a google script within Google Sheets to change values in Zoho CRM. I cannot figure out how to receive the Grant Token and then resend that in a POST command. HI, First of all thanks for this awesome product, almost 90% ;) Alright here is the issue, zoho mail shows that there's a new mail in the inbox and when I click and try to check it, there's is nothing there, but one new email is in the spam. Hello, I've noticed a bug on the merge tag FNAME. I've always used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ if i wanted the space to be blank when there was no name on the subscriber. But since this week i've sended that way and the subscribers with no first name apeared "Costumer", and i used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ and not like this $[FNAME|Customer|Guest]$; Whats wrong? do i need to use the merge tag this way $[FNAME||]$ from now one? with the empty spaces. I have used a date field alone for years and now I want to add a date/time field instead and merge or combine the old data into this new field. Is that possible? Why doesn't Mail Merge leave a record in the customer record?
Believe it or not we actually do write real letters - letter not emails - using Mail Merge in CRM. Believe it or not, the fact that we have done so isn't recorded in the customer record. The Lead is not yet a Contact (because we've never been in contact with them). The Lead visits one of our pages, where an automation is going to increase their Lead Score +1.
