Hi , I use my email strictly to send out bill of sales and quotes for my horse business. It is all legit. I am blocked from sending e-mails out and this is majorly hurting me as I am losing my records as they are now not all in the same place. I just wondered if Zoho Creator now supported calculating number of business days between two dates. If yes, could someone please offer some assistance and provide an example script. I know how to workout days between two dates but struggling with business days. Zoho Inventory API - Error in getting Item picture
I need to display the item picture from Zoho inventory in my application. I use the following url to get item picture. https://inventory.zoho.com/api/v1/items/item_id/image_name?authtoken=authtoken&organization_id=orgid It is not returning the picture but shows the error. {"code":1000,"message":"Internal Error"} Let me know how to fix this.

These days I am playing with pricebooks, I can list and delete but is getting hard to create it through the API. since I prepare my json to post to https://inventory.zoho.com/api/v1/pricebooks the result is { "code": -1, "message": "The file to be imported is blank." } since now I would to say we have no intention to download it as file. so it is possible to get away from this import file? Enterprise API limits
Hello! I am using API v2.0 and have bought enterprise pricing with 500k credits/month according to the documentation. But yesterday my requests were banned. And today, I still have TOO_MANY_REQUESTS response. API credits usage page says that 36000\23000 credits were used. But why limit is 23k instead of 500k? More than 12h were passed, and I still have this ban, when will it end?

I can't add Captcha on my CRM web form
I am using the trial version of Zoho CRM, Standard edition. I can see, but cannot add the Captcha field into my Web Form. Both File Upload and Captcha cannot be "grabbed" to bring into the form. Hello, I'm currently assessing Zoho CRM for my company as we're thinking of switching CRM systems. One thing that's a potential road-block is the quoting functionality, which doesn't quite give the functions that we would require (we regularly need to break quotes down into phases with different headers which I'm unable to do with Zoho's auto templates) We currently use a merge into excel templates for our quotes and I'm trying to figure out if I can replicate this using Zoho sheets and custom functions

Change look field to existing relation
Is it possible to change a lookup field after it has been added? Here's my situation. Form B has a lookup field that points to Form A. I now want to insert a subform in Form A of all the Form B's. When the lookup field in B was created it was as a new relation, not an existing relation due to the subform in A. So the Form B's don't appear in the subform. Can I get that lookup field to change to the existing relation of the subform? I can almost accomplish what I want by adding a second lookup
