I would like to be able so set up emails to be tied to a subscriber's stage in the sales process, at the ACCOUNT level so that when a
company moves from one stage in a sales cycle to the next, I can mark them as such and they STOP receiving certain emails, but BEGIN receiving a different set of emails, tied to this new stage in the sales cycle.
For example, ABC company has 5 contacts (so we have 5 subscribers/email addresses tied to ABC company) and they purchase Product #1. At this stage they should now start receiving emails (automated) related to Product #2. So, they should be removed from a list tied to emails designed to get them to purchase Product #1 and now they should be added to a list tied to receiving emails promoting Product #2.
How can this be achieved? I would like to be able to flag these 5 contacts at the ACCOUNT level, rather than at the email address/subscriber level, when the time comes since the product purchase is NOT tied to an action in Zoho that can be used for workflow.
We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
