How to I remove the default duration of tasks?
Every time I create a Task, it sets the duration to 1 hour. How do I remove that so there's no default duration? Thanks for your help, I love ZOHO!!!
All Notes displayed as empty after Updating
Hello everyone, I'm mainly using the Notebook App on my good old iPad Mini 1 (yep, the one without a retina screen :D ). It always worked totally fine, but today I did the update to Version 5.2. Now suddenly all of my notes are empty (just the header of each note is there). Please let me know how to fix this or release an hotfix update, because I'm using your app happily at work for several years now. Version 5.2 iPad Mini (1st Generation) iOS 9.3.5
Outlook interface constantly logging
I have installed the Outlook plugin on my PC, however it either fails to login (no error message that password is incorrect or something, just blank screen where the plug in is) or after it logs in it logs back out after a few minutes. Very frustrating, i have tried this on 2 pcs, one running windows 7, the other windows 10 and the problem is the same for both please advise kind regards Michael

Sync Issues in Outlook
I am facing sync issues in the Outlook Inbox/Sent folders. The folders are not getting updated. However, I can see the Incoming Email as well as Sent Email on Web Client. My outlook shows me processing always like below.
Chat - Canned Messages
Is there a code we can use in our canned messages to pull the customers name they provided when the customer initiates a chat through the live chat within Zoho desk. Almost like when you are creating a email notification template, you can use "${Cases.Contact Name}" and it will auto fill it with the contact name that was imputed on the chat menu. I want to do this for our canned responses. I do not want our agents to "accidentally" forgetting to input the customers name when using a canned response.
Searching by client....
When you are in projects and you would like to look up a project for a certain (client/customer), how can this be done without typing in the actual name of the project? I see a drop down box that says search by client.... however I am not sure how to get certain projects to fall under a specific client? For example: ABC Electric projects are not appearing under just ABC Electric. They would be located under our Companies name. Please help. If I need to explain more let me know! Thank you! Jeanne
Imported Contacts of Deleted Users
When I have to remove someone from our organization, I do not want to lose any of their information, including contacts imported and correspondence sent via GMail. However, I would like to be able to delete their GMail account when I remove them. If I delete their GMail account while there is an existing integration with ZOHO, will I lose access from within ZOHO to all previous correspondence and imported contacts? Also, is there a process to remove a user from ZOHO while retaining all their information

Web form to Leads - approval mode not working with API 2.0
New lead entries on our web form are entered in the CRM Leads module via WordPress plugins. With the prior API, there was an option to have leads held for approval. With the new API, this is no longer an option and entries go directly to the Leads module. This is a problem, as all entries need to be reviewed and approved. Help!

Hi there. Implementing OAuth2 and wonder why the afore mentioned endpoint does not exist. I already complained that this endpoint is poorly documented, maybe the reason is that it does not exist anymore. However, it is being invoked by the Java SDK. Is the Java SDK outdated too? I have a list of addresses that have been given an Area field (San Diego, DFW, Chicago, etc.). These areas include all the cities around the metro of those areas. We want to be able to update which cities belong in the areas, so I have a dynamic form that pulls the information and allows us to add or remove cities for the area. Email Header Not Displaying Correct Sender Address
I noticed over the past few days that emails I receive do not display the correct email from the sender. If I reply to the email, it goes back to the correct person. But the sender email isn't displayed properly when I receive it. The yellow highlight on the attachment should be an email address and not the long string of code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

New Feature in Timeline
It would be nice if the closed activities populated in the Timeline. We feel like we have to go to too many places to check for information. As of now, we are not using the Activities Module at all. We use Notes because they show up on the Timeline. The Interviews and the Status changes show up there as well which is nice.

We need the international dialing code for mobile numbers as you support sms bridge gateway
RingCentral
We are using RingCentral and when you are on a call the dialog box opens on the lower right corner. The issue is that you can't minimize it and it gets in the way. It would be nice if it either popped up after the call ends or if we could minimize it during the call.

Make it easier to UNASSOCIATE a candidate
We'd love if you could add an UNASSOCIATE button to the CANDIDATE screen that would allow the Recruiter to simply unassociate a candidate directly from the candidate record. As it stands, the recruiter needs to click the ASSOCIATED button, choose the job, click unassociate, make a note and then click the back button twice to get back to the candidate record. These are a lot of steps to do something that could/should be done right from the candidate screen (just like associating them). Please, please,
