Zoho Generated DKIM Getting This doesn't seem to be a valid RSA public key: RSA.xs:178
I posted the DKIM keys generated by Zoho onto my DNS, but they will not verify. When I enter the selector and my domain into https://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck, the site is able to read that I have keys present, but the site says "This doesn't seem to be a valid RSA public key: RSA.xs:178". Since the DKIM is read by the site, am I not verifying because it's a bad key? How do I generate good keys?
Signing up Zoho One - do I need a Domain Name to trial?
Hi Simple question - a company wants me to sign them up and demo Zoho One to them - they already have their existing Domain Name and e-mail accounts elsewhere. So if I create a new account using a DIFFERENT Company Name or a pretend Domain Name and they like the demo - can it be changed to their GENUINE Company Name and Domain Name after? Hi, Im a Zoho One user, I did started with $30 a month billed anually, a great price for the 35-40 apps included. Now the new policy seems to force to buy at least 5 users to keep this price , but what happens when a lot of small business need Zoho One, and they can not afford or need 5 users?, I do understand if Im going alone the price will be $ 75 a month billed anually, is double the price. All ZOHO Apps In One Page
Hello! I was wondering if there was any way to get all of the ZOHO apps integrated into one page? We have a few apps added into the CRM (projects and zoho sign); however, we would like to have many more apps in one page so we don't have to switch between tabs while working. Most importantly, we would like to have Cliq in the same page as the CRM/Projects. Any insight would be most helpful! Is this something that you can do with ZOHO Creator? My goal is to use Zoho for all of my business organization tools. I am currently working on a book and my regular blogging and publishing. Are there any tools similar to FastPencil that organizes different projects/chapters/sections and also provides a word count or word count countdown. Is there a product like AirTable that organizes submissions and writing into one place? Most importantly is the word count countdown (in my case 90,000 words, it would be nice to see how much further to go).
Zoho One Cost
When did Zoho change the pricing structure such that you must purchase a minimum of 5 user licenses? About six months ago I was able to get it for one user which is all I need. For freelancers it doesn't make sense to pay for 5 "employees". Can anyone clear this up for me?

We were advised today that LinkedIn has evaluated the Job Posting API, utilized by Zoho Recruit, and they have decided to deprecate this technology effective March 31, 2019. Hello everyone, We are considering upgrading to the Enterprise edition of Desk. One thing that I cannot seem to find an answer to is whether if we add live chat functionality to our web site, is if we are away from the office, will we be notified of live chats in the Desk iOS app? We currently have some other software which we use for live chatting to our customers and it comes with an iOS app so I am hoping we can make an easy switch over and keep the same functionality. How Can I create a new Lead in Zoho CRM with only an Email address
I need to be able to create a bare-bones lead in CRM from a form where the email address is the only information requested. This is to make it as easy for the customer to complete the form as possible. When creating a new Lead in Zoho CRM, I also need to supply an Account and LastName. As I do not have this information, I can place a dummy Account name, such as TempAccount in the Account field. However, the LastName field will need a unique name. How to send an email to a 2nd email address associated with Lead or Account
Within CRM, I have a primary contact, or Lead. There is a second person closely related to the Lead that I'd like to send an email to, who has a different email address.. Is there a way to do this? Perhaps connecting the Lead module to another module? As it relates to the Lead, I'd like to set up a task, or automated task even, to send an email to this second person. Recurring emails actually, once per month. Perhaps this can be set up outside of CRM?

I use paid Zoho to build my blog website. I have some comments on some of my posts but I don't seem to be able to reply them?? I noticed that on Wordpress, whenever we leave a comment, we have to write our name, e-mail, and website (if we have any). Can we have that option to so that the commentor can write their website. So far they only have to write down their e-mail and name.

was introduced to zoho mail by a friend and love it so far. got my gmail accounts forwarded without issue, got the reading pane on the bottom no issue. i'd like to know how i get notificatons and newsletters to go directly to the inbox instead of to those folders. also would like to know of any app for importing my outlook saved emails into zoho, thanks and once again great app.
Emails go to Spam when using Zoho signature!
Whenever I use Zoho signature, be it plain text or with some embedded image and sent an email to gmail, google puts them in the spam box!. When I remove the zoho signature, it no longer goes into spam. Kindly help. Thank you.
