Integrate Checkfront
I use the booking software Checkfront which does currently have a Zoho CRM integration, but it is very limited in its scope. I would love to see a Checkfront integration with Flow. This would finally close the booking - marketing - finance loop with my tour business!
Drill down into a bar on a stacked bar graph changes the per bar counting method
When I drill down into a bar on a stacked bar type graph then the bar counts on the resulting graph do change to "adding style". What I mean with "adding style" is that each consequent bar on the resulting graph does display the total value of the former (the ones to the left) bar values plus its self value. This problem only happens on the drill down graphs but not on the main report. Please check the following sample. Is there a way to fix this issue ?
Flow - Checkboxes not populating
Hi Zoho, When using zoho flow and selecting the 'Send Template' feature from sign connection. The checkbox fields do not get populated. Is this a bug or is it coming on a future update?
Exclude Users from being added as Contacts
Users have enabled IMAP email sync. When e-mails are imported, other (internal) users are automatically added as Contacts in Zoho CRM. Is there a way to exclude my own domain users from being added to Contacts?

Hello there, I need a Work flow rule that need to set when field is changed and should apply only on single record. i.e when field (status) is updated/changed in Lead, it should call webhook on only respective Lead that is changed, Right now condition is setup in zoho on "All Leads" or "Leads that is matching condition. i want the rule to apply on current lead which is changed and then call webhook but not on all leads or leads matching condition.(simply rule should apply only on "Lead"(singular)

User is already present in another campaigns account
Hi there, I enabled Zoho Campaigns on our Zoho One account and logged in to test it out. One of my colleagues tried to do the same, although I had not added him in the One Admin Panel. Now when I do try to add him I get the error message in the title. When he logs into Campaigns it says he is using a trial. On mine it says I am using my Zoho One subscription. Creator - custom number prefix for units
I was curious what the best way to show a units prefix at the end of a number/decimal field would be? I am looking to add fields for session durations, and right now it works okay with a number but a GREAT quality of life feature or hack would be to allow the field to show a unit similar to how the currency field shows a '$' (or your currency) at the end of it and in reports. Problem: New UI - Misaligned Fields
With the new UI rollout has anybody else noticed misaligned (custom) fields all over the place? I have issues in the following modules: - Quotes - Sales Orders - Accounts - Contacts - Leads - Tasks - Cases Screenshots attached. This was reported to Zoho at the beginning of the week but no resolution. It's not a huge deal but looks very unprofessional and just another chip away at the confidence level my users have in the system. It would be nice if you had the ability to switch over to the new UI

I use picklist for selecting the location of a property. It is very common that there are 100's of new locations that keeps getting added as the development happens around the city.. End user should have the option to add the new location to the picklist in the lead forms which should also get updated in the contacts from the front end itself.. A similar feature is available in Zoho Expense module to add vendor name and category It is cumbersome to keep adding new locatiosn at the back end everytime

Hello, There is no option to ask for non custom fields to by mandatory. It says this is a system field and can not be touched. I want to make mandatory In tasks the user (assignee) In projects The group The task layout to choose from without default The funcionality allready exists on custom fields why not on system fields also? Hi Folks - I have a bit of a unique business need regarding a desired format on an Incident report i have created. My current report is to show any Incident requests (any status) by Subcategory for the prior month. However, there is a need to also include ANY incidents that remain 'open' (i.e. not 'Closed' or 'Resolved'). How would I combine these two conditions? I can't seem to get it.

Am I right that you cannot add parameters to a For Each Record formula that references a collection?
I have an HTML page that is using the For Each formula, using a collection as the variable. When I use a collection, it would appear that you cannot add the additional parameters, like sort by or range. I wanted to sort this data by date but am not able to and just want to confirm that this is correct. Thanks! Mike
