CRO hack #01: Why goals are important aspects of a CRO process.
People often ask us this one question, "I want more conversions from my website; how do I achieve that?". What's overlooked here is that conversion means different things to different businesses. That's why it becomes important for you to define goals that are unique to your business and keep track of it at every level.
So, what are goals?
Goals are a set of actions on your website/page you want your visitors to perform. Your webpage can have different types of goals depending on the type of visitor. It can be a simple "e-book download" link to "watch a video" or "sign up" buttons.
How to measure them?
With PageSense, you can track the number of clicks on any element of your page like menus, navigation tabs, or URLs, see how effective a button is, and know the average time spent on a page. Plus, you can also define custom goals that are specific to your business and track those with ease. You get a detailed report on how each goal is performing in terms of conversions. Read more about goals.
