We are interested in using Zoho forms to create new tickets in Zoho desk to keep track of customer issues. Read data from uploaded CSV into existing log or sheet
Hello, I am needing to allow employees to upload a CSV file into a form/app. Once the form is submitted, I need the uploaded CSV file to be read and written to an existing log or sheet. I figured out how to get the CSV to write to ZOHO Sheets/Docs while using forms, but it saves each of the CSV files to a separate sheet, while I need one to be appended with each new submission. I have also tried to figure this out with using deluge scripts in Creator, but have had no luck. I don't have a preference

We manage 2 companies from one Gsuite acoounts using alias e.g a@companya.com, a@compabyb.com. The login email though is a@companya.com for both companies. We are testing to move to Zoho one for both companies using 2 Zoho One Accounts. Will the integration with gsuite work with just one email for each use for the 2 Zoho accounts?
Linking Workdrive Files in CRM (Permission does not allowed early enough)
As of right now, only the Organizer and Admin of a team folder can link workdrive files to records in Zoho CRM. I would like all of my users (or at least an editor) to be able to do this and it seems more intuitive for this to be allowed on lower permission levels. Is there a way to customize certain permissions or is there a solution to this coming soon?

Times New Roman in Zoho Writer?
Hello, I have been using Zoho Docs for approximately four months. When I began using Zoho, I was able to select Times New Roman as a font in Writer documents. Now it seems to have disappeared from the font list. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way I can use TImes New Roman once again, or is Zoho no longer supporting this widely used font? Why was price not honored for those in trial when price was increased?
It seems that all it took was a simple email to those that were in trial to notify them of the price increase. Why was this not done? The Zoho CEO was upset when he wasn't notified about the domain being shut down, but then Zoho turns around and does it to their own customers.

Dear, If I reply to any mail address that is connected to my account, the mail is by default sent from and reply to my main mail address. As it becomes unprofessional and confusing for customers if they receive a reply from a different company name, I would like to reduce that risk. Hi, Is it possible to create a user filter for a report that includes all items in a column that contains a text value? For example, create user filter on Customer Name where Customer Name contains the value 'smith'. The KB Editor is automatically applying spacing to paragraphs when an article is edited
This spacing is being added before the lines. The editor doesn't have any spacing editing feature. We already tried to "clear the formatting" and then apply a font size to the paragraphs but the result didn't change. The editor shows the text without any spacing but when the article is released then the spacing is applied to the final page. We aren't copying and pasting any text to the editor when editing them. The original texts are being pasted from other sources which don't have any rich text

Hello, I wanted to be warned when I receive an email on my Zoho email adress... So I activated it... I did anything I had to do for it to work, and the I wrote two emails to myself, on another zoho email adress of mine... And I haven't been warned at all.. Not any desktop popup... Problem with Projects API and get projects

If I use Postman, it work good and I get all projects, but when I use my vb.net code it say “Error in remote server: (403) Forbidden” I tried with Authtoken and with oauth2 but the result is the same.
