Best Practices for Setting up Email Templates for many users?
My sales team wants to have a set of commonly used emails to be created as templates. How do I make this as easy as possible to use? We want each email to have the user's signature included in the message. Using templates, is there a way to automatically pull in the user's email signature? Otherwise, I can think of two options, neither seem like a good solution: 1. Create a template for each user, for each use case. EG -- if there are 4 sales people, there would be 4 versions of each template.
Zoho Books Webhook Request Format
I have created a webhook and workflow for Expense, Invoice, and Payment modules on create/edit events. Settings for each are as follows : Include HTTP Headers - Content-Type = application/json Append All Parameters I can view what I assume is the request sent to the registered url in the Workflow Logs, but when the endpoint is hit, I have an invalid model state. When using the json object from workflow logs to test locally, everything works as expected. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Organization Email Addresses Limit
Hi, I have been dealing with an issue as an agency that does marketing and sales for multiple businesses. Zoho has been great for us by using automation workflows to send out campaign emails. The problem is we have users that represent more than 10 seperate email addresses for those individual companies. Because of the organization email limit we are unable to add businesses to our workflow process unless we buy a license for each new email that we need emails sent from in those automatic workflows.

Some basics questions about zoho Creators
Hello to all, I am new here and i have a lot of questions but first at all i will start with some. I need to create an app (website) call it in any ways but i need to do something in particular. The app need to record same entry like name, surname ect, but i need that particular app (website) be used but 100 user (moderators) at the same time. Why does my Zoho Sites webpage appear with a frame around it and gutters on either side - doesn't fill the browser
When I publish my webpage the page layout doesn't fill up the real estate of the browser - the page appears with a big frame around it and vertical gutters on the left and the right. I want my webpage to fill up the full horizontal page. See attached screen shot.

Hi, our company sells machines and they all have a unique serial number. In the account i want to add a field where i can store the serial numbers, sometimes there is one, sometimes there can be as many as 10. We want to import Accounts (Company Names) with basic details as leads. Once they are imported we would like to then attach contacts to those accounts post the import. I notice that you can't import leads without a contact. Is there a work around?

Why does the api not allow a lead with '.cookie' in the email? We have a user whose last name is cookie and when we try to sync the lead into zoho the request fails with "{\"response\":{\"error\":{\"message\""Unable to process your request. PHP-SDK Delete Records Example

Lead Conversion - Phone field for contact cannot be mapped
Dear Zoho team, when I configure the lead conversion mapping I encounter the following issue. I would like to map the phone number of the lead to the phone fields of both the account and the contact records. But in the dropdown list of the contact the standard phone field is not shown. Hi I noticed that pasting images to replies was changed lately, something about it seems off now I can't properly resize image, I have the options of "original, best, small, remove" and when I try to manually resize the image it goes BERSERK and does some weird ultra-shrink to images with every slight movement of the mouse. Now everything is translated as it should besides the system aprroval pages in the Zoho Creator Portal mobile app. This only occurs in the mobile app (iOS and android).
