Can't publish to Instagram
For the last several days I have not been able to publish to Instagram. I have verified that my Instagram site is connected. When I go to publish a post I receive the error, "We ran into an unexpected error on Instagram. Please try posting again in 5 minutes." This continues to happen and it won't let me post. I have tried multiple browsers. Thanks

Storage Limit - deleting email
Hi, I am trying to see if anyone has a solution for bulk deleting emails sent to 'Contacts'. We've used Z Recruit for 5-years, and constantly have to upgrade our storage. I was told by Support that the only way to delete sent emails is to individually go in to each contact, and delete individual emails....how can this be the case? I have over 6,000 'Contacts' so this is a real worry for the on-going costs. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

At the moment, when a task is completed, it disappears from the list. Is there any way to keep the tasks visible? It would be very useful....

Trying to integrate Formidable Forms (on WordPress) with Zoho CRM to add a "Lead" every time the form is completed. This should be relatively simple, since Formidable has an API plugin that asks for just a few bits of information. These are: Notification URL (from Zoho - to include AuthToken) Username/Password (basic authentication) Key/Value Pairs UPDATE: Screen shot of input required added to this post. Error when adding an agent to department in Desk

I've established the contact role relationship within the Potential, but how do I now email all of those contacts that relate to that potential? We will have probably more than 50 per potential so going through the mail function to select one by one is not an option. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Email forwarding has suddenly stopped working
Mail forwarding which was working flawlessly for months has suddenly stopped working. I have deleted all the settings and set them up from scratch again in the hope that it would fix it but it hasn't. Hi, We've been using Zoho Inventory (free) for a while now to test few things out before we move to a paid subscription package, before we do that we still have 1 issue that we do not know how to go around to do it and I thought i'd ask here to see if anyone has any ideas on how to do it. Google Maps & Custom Fields
Hi Zoho, Currently, the integration with Google Maps does not work if you have created "custom fields" within this address section. I would expect the majority of customers would want these fields customized, especially if they are not residing in USA, and they do not use "state" or "zip code", ect. The Google Map option should be included in the "Map Dependency" section, so that if we create any custom fields, we could easily map these fields to the appropriate field which Google Maps will be recognizing.
Make a field mandatory only if it is visible?
In some instances a field will only be shown if it is required. Is it possible to set it as mandatory only if it is made visible? Can the mandatory attribute be scripted?
Emails from GSuite Migration not updating after 2pm yesterday
Hi there, I migrated from GSuite to Zoho Mail yesterday. I handled updating all the records on the Domain, it's showing as all green and good to go. My emails started populating which was great and I even got a couple of new ones, however after 2pm yesterday they stopped updating. I'm still receiving them in my GSuite inbox, so I know they are coming through- but I'm unable to see any updated ones since yesterday. Please help! Thanks a ton!

Has anyone had any success with forecasting costs/amortizations of recurring regualr bills and loans in Zoho Books? The "recurring bills" function doesn't seem to integrate in to any reports... It is very challenging to run our company in Zoho w/o the ability to create forward looking reports. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
