Amazon Sync'ing and Attributes
Hello, I'd like clarification on something with regard to the Amazon integration... Toward the top of the Amazon Integration page with the Setup button, it states that items are mapped to Amazon by SKU. At the bottom of the page, it states: "Items in Amazon that have more than three attributes will not be a part of a sync as Zoho Inventory supports only up to three attributes." I ask this question for this reason... Some of the products I sell have more than three attributes. My solution in Zoho

Ability to apply custom note color to more than one note
I used the picker to set my default note color to a custom color, and I would like to set other, existing notes to the same color. It's very difficult to get a precise match using the picker in those notes, but I don't see another way to do it. Let me know if I'm missing something, otherwise here are a few possible ways to address this, from easiest to hardest: (simplest) add a 'default note color' control to the individual note color options, or... (cleanest) automatically add whatever the default
Zoho Mail App - Query about Contacts
We have a large number of 'organisation' contacts, all of which are carefully categorised. This works perfectly when using webmail however when using the Zoho mail app, contacts are merely shown in one huge list. There is no categorisation shown and 'organisation' contacts are mixed in with personal contacts of that user. Is this right as it's not very intuitive and is very clunky for the user? Have we missed some fundamental set up process to ensure contacts are reflected the same way as via webmail?
What's the delimiter (separator) character to use when importing multiple values from a single cell ?
I'm trying to find out the correct delimiter character to use when importing multiple values into fields on reports but I haven't found it yet. I couldn't find any help pages about it in the help documentation either. Could someone please help me out about this issue.

Appraisal Cycle applicable doesn't filter on all locations option
I found that using "all locations" in the location field when applying an appraisal cycle to employees didn't work. I contacted support who changed it to use the Employee field and "all employees" which worked. Looks like a bug to me.

Changes don't save
Hello, I have an issue with my site; when I add/modify text, it doesn't save the changes I have made, resulting in me being frustrated as I had to re-create again the texts four times now. Is there something I don't understand? Normally when you save something in a website builder, it is suppose to save...and not disappear every time you close the browser, right? I have not been able to send or receive email through ZOHO mail for a few days. When sending, I get "Unable to send message;Reason:java.io.IOException: Host not reachable". Customizing List Views Globally

Working with some drop-down fields, I find it cumbersome to have to start from scratch with each one. I do like that we can open a dialogue to "import predefined" choices so that we can paste a list.
