ZOHO PROJECT EXPORT TO EXCEL WITH ALL THE USERS INVOLVED
Hi all, I am admin in the zoho project. i would like to know if its possible to export to excel all of the project listed in the project tab included all the users or participant in the each project for us to check the population and loads of every person involved in the project. i'm trying to export it but it has an error message. please see attached and hoping that you will help me regarding this. thank you so much.
difference between contractor and employee roles

Single Field not populating in Automated email
I have created a Thank you email to send when a candidate submites and applicatoin. The {Candidates.First and Last Name} populates as it is supposed too, but the {Job Openings.PostingTitle} will not populate. Attached an image of the template. Any help would be welcomed.

We have a number of duplicate candidate files that have been added to our database over time. Does anybody know of a way to merge the two separate candidate profiles on Zoho Recruit? If not, how do you delete a candidate profile?
Filters on prospects
Hi everyone, im a beginner on Zoho, I have already imported some prospects from an excel board with different categories like names, phone number, activities... But my problem is that when i want to filter my prospects, Zoho propose to filter with the title of the column "Activities" for exemple instead of the things bellow like "industry","Chemistry","Electronic". I don't know if im clear with my explanations but if someone as the solutions let me know. Thank you

Hi, Which API end point through i submit my custom contact form data in Zoho CRM. Resume View
We noticed a new feature of Zoho Recruit where we can now view the candidate's resume by clicking on the resume button beside the social media icons. This is very handy; however, only 2 choices are presented for quick viewing - the candidate's resume and the formatted resume. Our company classifies the resumes based on its source, and it would be nice if there is an option to customize the resumes that will be viewable? Would that option be available soon?
Unable to share file/folder with group
I created a group through Docs -> Settings -> Admin Panel -> Groups and added all the members in the organization. However, when I share a file/folder and assign the group, other people in the group do not get notified nor do they see the file. Can someone help me what I am doing wrong?

Hello, I'm experiencing a problem, and can't find a way to solve it. I created an account sara@whee-educacion.com, a few months ago, but I cannot recover the password. Then I created the account contacto@whee-educacion.com and configured all the settings of my company. The problem is I cannot manage the account sara@whee... Cell references change when sorting
Let's say I have a range of data A1:K20, and the formula for cell D5 is "=10+B30". If I sort that data so that row 5 becomes row 3, the formula for D3 should remain "=10+B30". It should remain this way because B30 is outside of the sorted range. This is how Excel and Google Sheets behave. In Zoho sheets, the formula for D3 changes to "=10+B28". It's acting as if I deleted two rows. This breaks the entire spreadsheet unless absolute references (such as "=10+$B$30") are used.
do zoho desk has webhook function? how can i access it??
I did some research and the only article I found useful about how to set up webhook is below. https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/webhooks.html#Set_Up_Webhooks according to it, webhook should be under Setup > Automation > Actions > Webhooks. however, I don't have the webhook option even though i'm using an Support Administrator account. I was looking at the new Zoho forms, and sadly there was no integration option with recruit. I was looking for a way to map fields from Recruit into the form. Then have it setup so that once a form was submitted, I could have a field updated in Zoho Recruit, as well as have a PDF of the signed/executed document archived in the candidate record, as well as e-mailed to the candidate and recruiter. Hi, I'm having issues connecting my email accounts with Hubspot. I've followed all guides and tried everything. The only account I can successfully connect with Hubspot is the main admin@ account all others return a problem with smtp. Why can I only connect my main account? Hi, We're looking to implement a captcha code to our web to lead form however we are struggling to implement the captcha code correctly. On the face of it, the captcha is implemented, however when you type the code generated into the free form field, it tells me it is incorrect. We have a law office Account who's legal entity & account name in Zoho lists all the partners however firm is primarily known by the name of the main partner so we have multiple leads with that company name. E-mails no longer synced to IMAP Sent folder
Hello, It seems your development team made a change sometime between December and January, and e-mails sent from the CRM are no longer synced to the "Sent" folder. This is with the Zoho Mail integration. I contacted support, and the suggestion was to check "Save a copy in the Sent" folder. However, this results in a duplicate copy in the Sent folder.
