Good day, how can I add additional values to the app? I scan regulary business cards, but I would like to add them to the custom field values I created in my Zoho CRM. But it looks like that in the app it is fix to choose one from the given values. For example how do we get the lead, I do not need "cold call" but I would like to add the certain event. Or I would like to write the topic we talked about. Seems that the mobile app are not as integrated as it should be. Any chance to change it? Charly

I'm in the process of building a GTD (Getting Things Done) style task manager using Creator and am looking for input on email integration. Specifically, I'd like to have the ability to create some sort of "Inbox" in the app so that I could send an email to a designated mail target and have the Subject and/or Body of the email show up in the app. For example, the app would contain a "New Action" form with Title/Notes fields mapped to the Subject/Body (respectively) of emails coming into the mail

Error in sum function for formula fields
Thank you for a very good online application, wich I find very useful. However there is an issue whith the sum function for formula fields It only sums the integer part of the numbers - this is the case in all my applications. How can I make it also work with decimals - this is an important issue for this application. The application has been shared with Zoho support. We have only one PBX group with six internal phones. Protocol are Asterisk 1.4. Each user have only one internal phone number. But one user (owner of PhoneBridge key) while calling from Contacts had a popup with choose of two phone numbers. And with one of them he can call. Other users can't call from Contacts.

How to get around limit of one Parent field?
Hello, What options would be recommended in this situation? I have set up a number of parent/child fiends: Main Category and Sub Category. This works well to minimise the amount of scrolling needed to allocate sub categories. However, we do have accounts and records which fit under more than just one of the Parent Field Main Categories. As we can't have more than one Parent, is there another way to have two or more fields that have specific sub categories?

Hi, I'm brand new to CRM, actually I'm not a salesperson at all. I'm a software developer who's trying to integrate a VoIP system with various CRM systems. I have a simiple question: suppose a person, probably a salesperson, receives a phone call from a customer or potential customer. How can I make a record of that phone call in the Zoho CRM system? Data Validation for a column goes away after inserting or deleting a row
If I have a data validation applied from C1 to C100, and if I insert/ delete a row at C50. The data validation is only till C1 to C49. Inserting and deleting a row removes the data validation

Can you please add a link to add meetings to calendars directly via OAuth to Google? .ics files are difficult to use
Just as the title says....it is difficult to create a meeting via downloading an .ics file and then uploading it to the google calendar. Please consider adding a Google account connector so that we can add events directly, as other platforms do. this will allow my customers to also add directly, rather than using an outdated .ics upload method which is confusing to them. I see this as an important issue, because if attendees cannot easily schedule meetings on their calendar, they will not show

I am still pondering your CRM service. I am just getting my database started from zero, and yet want to get an email out as soon as possible, as I enter new contacts. My goal is to add about 20 at a time, and then send an email blast. It won't always bee this way, but to get the ball rolling, that makes the most sense for me at the moment. Unable to send Zoho e-mail via Outlook
Everything was working fine for months since I set up 2-factor authentication, until all of a sudden the credentials box popped up this morning and I have not been able to send e-mails via Outlook - they sit in the Outbox. I tried logging out of Zoho and logging out of Microsoft, and when I logged back in was not asked for 2FA. This is a business e-mail account and I need it to be working again asap.

Is it possible to manage multiple external email accounts in Zoho Mail?
I have started with Zoho Mail recently (new domain and email) but also have two external email addresses that I would like to manage using Zoho Mail. One is Gmail and one is Yahoo. I have tried over and over to get Zoho to link with Gmail through the "Add POP3 Account" feature in Settings. I have used all of Gmail's required settings and it will not authenticate.
