Uploading images to campaigns for an email blast
I have been trying for two days to upload a single image in Zoho campaigns for an email blast and it continually shows up as an unloadable image (see my multiple attempts below). I have sent out other blasts after this one and their images loaded just fine. I have even tried to delete the campaign and start a whole new one and it did not help. I have also tried uploading it as a png and a jpeg. Any diea on how to resolve this?

Would like to be able to edit the "Company" label
The label "Company" doesn't really apply to our organization. And is being met with some derision by our users. We are incorporated under a cooperative structure, so "Co-op" would apply better for our purposes. But I imagine other business types would appreciate this as well. Non-Profits, for example, might want to have a "Community Wall", or an "Organization Wall". We'd appreciate having the ability to edit this Company label and replace it throughout the interface wherever it may appear.

Hello. In my SENT folder, there is a line at the top that says "1 undelivered email". It is a link, but it doesn't seem to do anything when I press it. Merge Existing Data - Merging cells with formulas instead of merging the cells with a value
Hi, I'm setting up a document merge in "writer" with existing data from "sheet". The sheet is full of formulas to populate the cells for automation purposes. The problem is Zoho Writer doesn't make a difference between a cell with a formula without a value and a cell with a value. Is it possible to merge only a selection fom the database? With a filter? Workflow not working when I edit field using edit in report

When I did a trial of Zoho I thought it allowed the Admin to approve posts made by users. But now that I paid my subscription I don't see that? I wanted my user to be able to post but not automatically, so I can approve what is posted. Is there a way to set this up? Thanks, Summer

Varying ESCAPE key functionality in Assist
In Full Screen mode the ESCAPE key takes you out of Full Screen mode. I know this is typical behavior but its really annoying because the ESCAPE key is used often. When not in Full Screen mode the ESCAPE key goes to the application. Thank GOD for that. Zoho should have a screen where you define the control key handling.

Need custom function to parse events and use parsed info to update or crate new contact
I use google to manage and schedule my events. I add meetings with contacts as "Meeting with Tolu Osinowo and James Reed". Tolu Osinowo is me so I don't need that parsed. James Reed ared the contact first and last. I will also add the contact's emal address as guest to the google cal as well as their ph to the description. These info then gt into my crm bc I share my google cal with my crm. I need a function what will 11. 1.pull and parse parse all this info for me and 2.update the contact record

Search is limited
I'd like to be able to search my notes for two keywords that are not necessarily in order. Like "eggs" and "Paprika". So I can find the note that has both of those words somewhere in the text. Zoho's search function will only find an exact phrase. If I type "eggs paprika" it will only find notes that have those words, in that order, right next to each other. This is a very limiting search method especially for a note taking app.
