E-mail forwarding randomly doesn't work
Hello, Randomly some e-mails are matching my forwarding filter criteria but are not being forwarded, I know they are matching because in the same rule first it forwards, then it moves to a specific folder and then it is marked as read. The e-mails are being moved and marked, but never reaches its destinations. This happens a lot, and makes me feel very uncomfortable and doubtful about the solution/feature, and this feature is the main reason that made me became a paid customer. You can see the filter

I sent 4 camapaigns to the group mail of my team (all in gmail) but noone received it. The preview and test email can find it ways but the official one can not? How can I fix it?
Vendor credits
Wondering is someone has a workaround or an idea to solve this seemingly simple issue. I need the ability to apply a vendor credit (one journal entry without matching it to an invoice) for the discounted amount each month. For example if I received 1% on $1000 spent for the month. A vendor credit of $10 needs to be applied to the vendor without matching to an invoice. I also get a volume discount lump sum on some months and that needs one journal entry to deduct from the bill. Hi everyone, My default spam folder (imap) is not synchronized with the online folder under Mail for Os X 10.9.5 (Mavericks) Send messages folder, markers and all others are ok, while only spam folder is not inside the default folder but is visible in the bottom folder as you can see in attachments where you find also my setting. Error 412 - Wells Fargo
for the last two months i have been getting on-and-off error messages trying to refresh the wells fargo feed for my bank (works fine for the credit card); now i get an error 412 and the recommendation that i delete the account from zoho books. this is not a solution, i use this account for all my business transactions and not having it is worthless for me to have zoho. when are the issues going to be fixed with wells fargo? anyone got anything on this? thanks!
How can I adjust the business address for different Invoice templates?
Hello! I create german and english invoives. My probpem is: On the german invoice, I don't want to have the country placeholder for my business address. I recently tried to create an Assessment to collect certain info. from our candidates, but identified a few lacking features we'd need to see: - The public-facing TITLE of the Assessment can't be changed. What the candidate sees is always "Pre-screening Assessment for [Job Title]". This is OK for a skills assessment, but what if we're collecting other information, like Compliance info (gender, race, etc.)? We should have the ability to change the title that the public sees. - Reporting on the Assessments

Unattended Access stopped working on all our Macs
We have a small marketing firm, and we use the Unattended access to remotely install updates and roll out new items when our employees are gone in the evenings. Everything has been working fine, until the most recent update to the Zoho Assist. It shows all computers are offline. We have removed them and had them reinstall the new download package, they will then popup in my Unattended Access list, but it still shows them as off line. We want to add information about property owners – our leads. We also want to add information about their properties into the CRM. However, as far as we can tell, we can’t add detailed information about the properties without creating a “deal” to reflect the property information. Zoho says active user is deactivated
One of our users can't log in to Zoho. It insists his account is deactivated. But when I look at the Users list, he's listed under Active users and the only option when clicking on him is to Deactivate him. I have tried deactivating and then reactivating, and he still gets the same error. I have triple-checked the email address. Does anyone know what might be the problem?
How can I print an acccount pofile with only the information I want on it
I want to create a printed view of account details. IE: Company name, address details, contact details associated with that company and some additonal custom fields I have added to the profile itself. How do I do this? Zoho Survey PDF reports do not show cross tabulations correctly. The columns are cut off. Would suggest that variables can be collapsed into a smaller number of categories (e.g. 10 age categories can be collapsed into 5 age categories) OR a more flexible format such as MS Word or PPT that allows changes in column width.
