User login and registration
Hi, I am building a website using Zoho Sites, and want the first page to be a landing page where users are asked to either sign-up or login. Is this possible using Zoho Sites? If yes - can I add a "login with facebook/google+"? Thanks so much!
Problems logging in to two separate email clients (Outlook and iPhone)
I have used Outlook and iPhone as my ZoHo email clients for several years now with rarely an issue...yesterday afternoon both clients started asking me for a password (which was NOT changed) to access my accounts. What is the problem. This is clearly a ZoHo issue and not a mail client issue since both clients started having problems at the same time. BTW, I can access my mail through the ZoHo web site just fine. Someone PLEASE HELP!!!
How to configure "email integration"?
Hi everyone, I would like to use the "email integration" but I cant find where to configure it: I go to the parameters menu. I select "channel>email" The a page opens with three tabs: -Emails insights -Organization emails -Email authentification But nothing to configure pop3 or imap (as it's mentioned in the trainig video) Where to find that please? Unable to send from Zoho using Mailgun smtp...!
Hello, Everything seems apparently OK on Zoho side, and MX entries in Mailgun displays zoho values as it should ! But MAILGUN shows several values for the first “TXT“ entry (as set in my DNS records) and this prevents my domain to be verified, So that I would like to know if this may also prevent from sending mail from Zoho using Mailgun SMTP (details my question here below) : MAILGUN / TXT “current values“ on last DNS check : default value (SPF) : v=spf1 include:mx.ovh.com ~all value from zoho (TXT)
Clone Event - Suggestion
I suggest implementing ability to clone an Event. We have many events that are almost identical in all ways except for dates, and this would be very helpful.
Mac Desktop App issue

Dietary Needs - Suggestion
Suggest adding feature to collect information about dietary needs of each participant. Overall this could be accomplished by adding ability to add custom fields into ticketing forms (drop-downs, etc), but in the future I would assume this should be added to an overall meal planning set of features.
Notebook crashing when attaching audio & recording can't be stopped
I played with your apps just to test suitability for my need, and it is quite good. But please be aware that the app can sometimes crash during audio recording, and when it happens , it quits to the main page from the note I was working on , while the recording keeps continuing in the background. There is no way to stop it except to forcefully terminate the app from memory. I'm not sure if it is a total crash, because the app seems to recover itself by quitting to the main page without error
Some notebooks appear as black squares on list, appear normal when opening them
On my Android phone, some notes some times appear as black squares on the Notebook or All Note Cards list, instead of showing the usual preview. This seems to happen randomly. I have about 150 notes, and sometimes 2 or 3 appear as these black squares. Even after running a sync they will still appear as these black squares. However, when I open these notes the content does appear properly. The only way to fix this is editing or modifying the note, then after I close it the preview will appear properly
Plain text
A button or menu function is needed to convert all selected text to plain text. That means transform the selected text to the default values for font and styles. Remove all color, bold, italic, strikethrough, and so on... Set all font size, color, and type to the default. All line endings to be converted to the OS being used. Just one click to convert it all.
Zoho-Sites: commerce/payment options?
I am currently building a website for one of my schools with Zoho-Sites. This web-site would mainly provide information and contact options for our school (in the Netherlands), but we are also planning to offer some (few) educational tools and lesson materials for sale. In short, we don't need a whole web-shop, but just a page with a 'commerce/payment/shopping cart-option'. On Zoho-Sites I did not see any options to add a 'shop-page' or insert a "commerce module", or something along those lines.

Each month I have a mix of email and print recurring invoices. After emails have been sent not sure how to go back and print the remaining invoices.

Trying to add domain to mail account gives error
I'm trying to add the domain "shiningconcept.co.uk" to my mail account, but I keep getting the following error: The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region. Please contact support@zohoaccounts.com for assistance. This may be happening because, when I first tried to set up my mail account using the domain name, the page froze, so I re-did the setup. Perhaps the domain name is now linked to some limbo account? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The platform (Mail, Desk) distorts the user profile's picture, and that picture is the one sent to customer using Zoho Desk, for example. Please make it respect proportions of the picture sent.

I need to use a DELETE http Method to interact with my offline front-end form application. I use the other methods like get, post and open. Is there a deleteUrl script that I can use? If not is it in the future upgrades? If not is there a work-around? What about other http methods, like PUT? Any help would be great!

Zoho China
So the recent mobile app update broke the app for us. We are a company with offices in multiple countries including Hong Kong & China. We utilize Zoho to handle HR for the entire company. However, now the mobile app defaults to "Zoho China Accounts" when trying to login if your mobile device's language is set to ZH. My Chinese & Hong Kong colleagues can no longer use the app unless they change the language on their phones to english. Even changing the language to english, log-in, then switch back
How do I speed up Zoho in China?
Speed is such a problem that we will have to leave your great product because of it. The speed isn't bad in the USA! We have huge issues in China. I tried using a product to get around the china censors which only helped a little bit. What else can I try? thanks Ken

China staff having issues using Zoho
Hello, Staff in China cannot use Zoho CRM as of this weekend. Until then, it was working fine. 1. cannot send leads email 2. cannot receive emails within zoho 3. cannot create new leads The error message is "Unable to process your request" A representative in China Zoho has said there is no issues but we are still having issues so they are incorrect or are not aware of these issues in China yet. Can you please confirm this issue and what to do so staff can continue work. Thank you.
Can't access ZOHO mail in China
Dear Sir/Madam I live in Beijing China and I use ZOHO to access my e-mails on the web, it's been 3 to 4 days now I can't open ZOHO, neither dashboard nor mail nor contacts nor anything. for the past few days, I couldn't reply to some of my e-mails because it was set that ZOHO will fetch the e-mails and I couldn't open ZOHO. Is ZOHO blocked in China or this a problem with ZOHO?? Is anybody who lives in China having the same problem???? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks you for your help
HAVING ISSUES CONNECTING TO ZOHO FROM CHINA
Having trouble logging to zoho from china. I am facing this problem from this morning; I am not sure if it has been partially blocked in China. Its a kind of intermittent. I have tried other browsers and another internet connection but it doesn't help. Can log in at times, but then it just times out. Hope the ZOHO Team will take steps to resolve the issue

Lead owner changing on campaign member import
I have exported from my CRM a list of leads. I then imported it back in to add the members to a campaign. Lead Owner is a mapped field. Somehow still after import, the leads are all changed to me as owner. This is a problem. Appreciate any assistance. Karen
