Why is "(1001) in front of project names in Browser Tabs
I just noticed that there is not a "(1001)" in front of the project name in my Chrome browser tabs. This is very inconvenient because there is a verly limited number of characters available in the tab label and with (1001) in front of the name I can't always tell what project the tab has open...
Logging into Zoho IMAP Failed
Hi, I'm using Outlook to login Zoho IMAP and it's failed, saying the username or password is incorrect. I've done: 1. Enable IMAP access for the account. 2. Disable TFA. 3. Follow the instruction for the IMAP setting: imappro.zoho.com, port 993, with SSL encryption. Please let me know what have I done wrong. This is taking too much of my time on this.

Problem with thumbnail view in images
Good Evening, It would be great if you could have a look in the thumbnail view which you have. Especially if we want to have some folders with images the most of the times thumbnails work only for few images. Especially there is a problem with tiff images. Problem with email notifications in Android cellphones
The last month me and my colleagues are facing an issue with the Zoho Mail application in our Android mobiles. We do not receive pop notifications that we have new emails. Only if we access the application we can check if we have something new. We have tried to reinstall the application but the problem still exists. Is it a Zoho app problem or maybe we have missed an Android setting? Do you have same issues?
Sum total displayed both metric and US
On my application I have batch reports. On Each batch the Kg of each item added to the batch is recorded. I wrote a report that sums all the batch records by the LOT number of each item. What I would like to do is to display both in Kg and in Pounds. The batch reports are entered in in Kg, the receiving is recorded in LBS. Hi all, One of my teamates uses email that is refused when i try to send to him. Composing Window splitter above attachments is fixed height, not adjustable
When adding attachments to an email, the window becomes split, and the attachments appear in a very small separate window at the bottom, suitable for just a few attachments, depending upon your window resolution. If you add more than 4-6 attachments, a scroll bar appears, but the window splitter doesn't expand, nor can I adjust the window splitter manually. The attachment area is tiny, as is the scroll bar. Have you considered re-designing that function?
Status For Customer Profiles
Hello, As a Zoho Desk user, Some of my customers have requested to have their profiles closed or deactivated. Even tho deactivating a user profile is possible, within my company I do not delete user profiles because of ticket logging and also for tracking purposes later on. You can manually add a field so your agents on the team know that the users profile is "closed". Just go to Settings > Fields & Layouts > Select the department in question > Add a custom field & name is "Profile Status"

Time zone on mobile app is off
I scheduled a call for 4 pm on the web app, but it shows up as 11 pm on my mobile app. Both my web account and phone are set to the same time zone, so no idea why it shows the incorrect time for the call on the mobile. Any suggestions? Thanks!
