Delay in email delivery
I have a project hosted on digital ocean cloud server and I am using zoho mail server to send the email. But the email get delivered exactly after 7 minutes. Also emails to the email IDs ending with ac.in are not being sent at all.

Reports and Data Cleanse
Hi All I have been tasked with cleaning up our database and removing candidates that have not replied of been on contact for over 1 year. Does anyone know of a report I can run? The difficulty I am having is that if i run a report on last modified it takes into account the last time we emailed a candidate. i simply want to run the report that shows me candidates that have not replied to us in over a year. Documents unable to upload
For the past 2 days, I keep getting an error message telling me that documents that I've attached to e-mails are still uploading. The problem is that they never actually upload and the e-mail is not allowed to send. This is extremely frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to apply countif function to accounts instead of opportunities
I am trying to create a formula which counts the number of accounts where a particular condition is met but the output is instead counting opportunities relating to those accounts The formula I have is "countif("Accounts"."ATS Contract Go Live Date"<(currentdate()-90))" I want the number of accounts which are over 90 days old but the above formula keeps counting the total number of opportunities relating to these accounts which obviously gives a higher figure than it should Thanks Sarah

Creating a Zoho Helpdesk Form
Good day, So, the following workflow is what we want done in our Zoho desk. We created a form in Zoho Forms (that contains attachments), we want to integrate it with Zoho Desk. There are several problems with Zoho Desk integration (mandatory fields are name, but you can only select either first name or last name from the form fields). The other issue is that you can't add the attachments or the PDF snapshot of the form. I've tried various ways of making it work (through integration, email, zapier)

Job Openings Module should be connected to Interviews Module
Currently, Interviews Module is not connected to job openings module. It is a module by itself and requires manual interventions (amendments). It is also not connected to calendar on Zoho Recruit. This doesn't make the features on Zoho Recruit that seamless. It's hard to track the progress if both modules are not connected. Interviews module fields should be populated with live or in-progress jobs on Job Opening Modules automatically. Please look into it.

I'm looking for a way to highlight duplicate entries in a list of columns. As an example, A1 to A20 cells - each cell gets values entered manually. If let's say a value entered at A3 is same as a value entered in A17 (as the values are entered over time, not all at one time) I'd like to highlight the cell in red. I'm writing an api script in php that creates a sales order and invoice when a customer submits an order on our website. The script has no problem making both the invoice and the sales order. But when I goto the sales order's invoice tab, it hasn't added the invoice that I created to the sales order, even though the invoice is listed in the invoices section of Zoho inventory. 'Empty' Kanban Slot
I created a Kanban report based on a form, grouped by a specific field. The field is a drop down with four different options. Even with four different options, the Kanban always displayed an extra 'Empty' option to move items over to. Is there any way to get rid of this? I don't have an empty selection for the field and wouldn't want some of our users to drag items to this column and disrupt our workflow commands.

No longer able to delete mails via IMAP
Hi, the mail client I am using is no longer able to delete mails via IMAP resulting in all my mails being fetched over and over again. This has been working for years without problems but suddenly stopped working today. After having investigated it turns out that my client issues a STORE FLAGS command to replace all FLAGS with "\Deleted \Seen" before doing an EXPUNGE as any normal IMAP client would. As per RFC3501 your server responds with a FETCH with status OK, however, the flags are not replaced
