I've just discovered your mobile statistics application for Desk on Play Store which was released on 9. November. It really looks very neat. I couldn't get a few points in it. Are you planning to release a User's Manual for this application? I'm going to announce it internally as of tomorrow for our Desk user base. Keep up the good work. Nested IF functions in formula field not working
Hi. I'm trying to make a 'Most Recent Note' field based on a sequence of 'Notes' fields that we'll fill out on a Lead to keep track of activity. I thought I could accomplish this by doing some nested IF functions that checks if the last Notes field is empty, then checks the second to last, and so forth until it finds a field that isn't empty. Once it finds a field that isn't empty it will display the value of that field. Thus it will always show the most recent notes because people will fill them

How to make merged docs from Zoho Docs save as well as send by email
I created a Zoho Forms form which, once submitted will send a notification email with a merged document (created through Zoho Docs) attached - this is working fine, but I expected the merged doc to also save in Zoho Docs when it was created, but I can't find them anywhere? I can't seem to find an option to save my merged document anywhere when it is created, only manually - is there any way to set up automated saving of the merged documents somewhere? Thanks! P

Stripe payment thru invoice so invoice now marked "paid" - how do I handle the bank transaction?
Hi there, I sent a client an invoice for $11,600. They paid it through the Stripe option inside the invoice, so Zoho has marked it paid and is showing that payment as income. I have a bank transaction that now needs to be categorized, for $11,400 (because Stripe keeps some). How do I categorize this transaction so Zoho knows it's the same payment they've already accepted as income, and not a second payment/additional income? Thanks!
Five notes across instead of only 4 on a standard laptop display
