DKIM Record - What is the bit length generated?
Came across a few articles similar to this one where it explains that 512-bit DKIM keys can be cracked: https://wordtothewise.com/2012/11/how-long-is-your-dkim-key/ Just wondering how we can tell what the bit-length is of the DKIM records generated in zoho; and if they are 512-bit is there any way to generate a 1024 bit? Can we generate DKIM elsewhere and save them to a domain under 'Email Authentication' in the control panel? Thanks

I spend many hours with trying to create simple python api v2 for zohoCRM. Now i think that it is impossible. In this moment i have main question: 1. Why should i have domain and redirect ult for use api? I wont just write console app. I dont need domain or web app with urls. What can i do in this case?

zoho creator backup will not contain the files that were uploaded using the File upload field.
I just read this warning buried in the zoho documentation: "The backup will not contain the files that were uploaded using the File upload field" I think this is a serious flaw. In any decent application today there will be elements that are uploads. e.g. scans, pdf's photos etc. In case of a crash how does one recover these? Are there workarounds? It's like an online Photo storage app saying they can recover metadata but not photos themselves.

How do I change my primary outgoing mailaddress?
I'm trying to get my emails to be sent in the format firstname.lastname@domain.com but have been unable to do so. I created all the useraccount with firstname@domain.com and added the firstname.lastname@domain.com as an alias and then changed it to be the primary address. It still shows firstname@domain.com as the sender for all the new emails I'm creating. I can of course choose firstname.lastname@domain.com in the dropdown list but I would like it to be the default. Unable to deactivate New and returning visitors notification on SalesIQ app
Hi, Despite the fact that I have deactivated these options in the setup, I am still getting push notifications and alerts from the SalesIQ app every time there is a new visitor on my Website (please see below screenshot I have well deactivated it, tried reinstalling the app, rebooting multiple times....). Hi! We are working with 2 warehouses in Zoho Books. I don't if it is a bug or a lack on our configuration, but if I edit a Purchase Order in Zoho Books, in Warehouse value it always shows our primary warehouse. Even if I have previously stored another value. This is a wished behaviour for Purchase Order creation but not for edition, cause if the user doesn't realize can save data and change the warehouse value for the purchase order. Unable to setup email link in Firefox
So I went to settings/system/mailto handler then “Click Here to make Zoho Mail as your default composer in this browser.” I close zoho, restart browser, open new tab, select File/email link, select Zmail. But the system will not let me open link. It does the same with Yahoo or Gmail as well. So the issue is with Firefox, just cant figure it out. Any recommendations?
