PDF Manual inserted in Page
Hi, On the Zoho Volunteers App you have a Help Page that shows the PDF instruction manual. I have tried to replicate this in my app but am having issues. I've uploaded a PDF into my app (created a form/report to do this) just one single static file that i want to show on a page. I've right clicked the file to get the url. When i click on the Page header it downloads the pdf instead of showing it on the screen. Notebook sync
Sync between web notebook and android app doesn'work anymore. Android app doesn't syn at all since sept. 23rd . I already sent several feedbacks from mobile. Hello, Email templates allow us to send email from the record owner, but don't allow us to use custom functions to create the content of the email. Custom functions, allow me to build custom content, but don't allow me to send email from the record owner. I'm stuck in the middle. I wish to build emails with content tailored to the customer i.e. show an email with an html table of all quotes sent to the customer. Can anyone think of a good way to do this please? Issues with Zoho Sign API
Hi, Objectives I have a custom solution (based on a MEAN - MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node - stack) and am looking to integrate it with our Zoho CRM (and other modules). One of the aspect I'm particularly interested in is Zoho Sign as part of our validation Workflow for both: Purchase Orders and Timesheet. I would like to programmatically issue a Zoho Sign request from my custom solution and act upon completion of the Zoho Sign signing process. Progress so far I have looked at this 2 very interesting
Can not send to military emails (.mil)
A large percentage of my emails are sent to military units and personnel. I had this problem when I first started using ZOHO but then it went away. But, now it has started happening again and it's becoming a big problem. I get the same response back every time I try to send something. It seems to only be an issue with .mil emails. Please help! I have had to start using a google email for my military correspondence but I'd like to keep it all in ZOHO. ERROR_CODE :421, ERROR_CODE :Host not reachable.

API V1 to V2 - UpdateRecords
Hello There, I am currently updating account information using API 1.0: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Accounts/updateRecords?&version=2&authtoken= + authotoken + values. With this I can just use our AUTHTOKEN to make updateRecords API calls. After reading the documentation for API 2.0, I was able to update account records using json, https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/Accounts and still using the our old AUTHTOKEN (without using OAuth 2.0). Is this still going to work after API 1.0 goes

Unable to contact server
Good day I have been using Zoho with no issues so far. But for the past day when I try to use my Zoho app on my phone it tells me UNABLE TO CONTACT SERVER when I use my phone data. Sending Email from Mobile devices with Wi-Fi OFF, SMTP auth failure.
Can not send without wifi enabled, on devices using cellular connections, ie 4G. Devices on wifi work fine, tested on multiple domains and devices. Issue seems systemic with ZOHO. Check your change log! 550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. mail-ot1-f42.google.com [209.85.210.42]:40772 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication.

Note that I am using the Windows beta and Chrome clipper. I captured a page that doesn't show up in a search (except for the title). I've tried capturing the note a number of times and search never finds it. Hi, Is there a way to sort cells by color and by text color, similar to Excel? Cell and Text can be filtered by color. However, this is not helpful because it isolates ("filters") the cells or texts of the selected color/text and hides all others. Bugs/Issues custom fields do not sync with Zoho Reports
Hi, I have added a couple of custom fields to the bugs/issue tracker in Zoho Projects. I have setup an integration between Projects and Reports and synced the data. I didnt manage to sync the custom fields to Reports ? With other tables like Tasks and Projects it works fine, also using custom fields. Is there a reason that for Bugs this does not work ?
