IMAP doesn't seem to be working with Microsoft Outlook
I have added the following settings as per the page. https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html However, after multiple tries, I keep getting this error message for both the SMTP and the IMAP, and I get this error. Your email server rejected your login My email address is gladwyn@whalesandshrimps.com, and yes the IMAP and POP services, including ActiveSync are all updated.

Any way to update 400+ Tickets massively from certain Status to another one?
Hello there guys, As the title implies we're trying to update certain tickets from a certain status to another one, nevertheless we're not being able to as most of them don't appear on the "Views" itself but they do appear as "Reports" so we can't update them quick enough. Is there a way to effectively update those tickets massively using either the API or something else I've attached the file with all the desired Tickets that we need to update and change from Status --> "Atención Cerrada" to -->

Hi, I am trying to setup an autoresponder for a dead drop email. Basically - you can email in your work to this email address and it replies to show it was received. Of course in that email is proof of receipt and time and date stamp. I setup an out of office reply but it seems that it is smartly configured to only send one out of office reply a day. So multiple work assignments can not be sent in one day? Any hints or other work around ideas appreciated. Thanks,

Urgent - CRM Mail Merge stopped working
Hello Zoho CRM mail merge with Microsoft Word is suddenly getting many "Invalid Merge Field" errors. We have seen this error before when fields or templates change, but in this case, the error message is displaying a blank for the invalid field name and we have not knowingly made any field or template changes in recent weeks. HTML formatting and editing lost in Creator 5 - workaround?
Previous version of Creator used to allow for inserting HTML on a page, and evoking a rich text editor to apply WYSIWYG type formatting. This functionality appears to now be gone in Creator 5 when using HTML snippets. Worse than that, HTML that IS formatted and displays correctly when using another HTML editor does not honor the text formatting (such as the /strong attribute). "onaddrow in subform" Event in Form - only first row is executed
i want to pass data from a Parent form to a field in a subform and use the "on add row in subform" in the parent form. However this event seems to be triggered only for the FIRST row i add in the subform field When adding a second or third row - the script is not executed and the values are not passed to the subform :-( Any ideas?
All Tab Groups missing for one user

I have looked at all the information, but it looks like it is really not possible to import an existing website into ZOHO-Sites! This lack has already cost my business a lot of time and money (and loss of opportunity!). Invalid oauth scope error when trying to read campaigns
Hi there, We are using v2 of the Zoho CRM API, and requesting the scope ZohoCRM.modules.campaigns.ALL during the authorization. How do I Import email zips to multiple accounts through mail.admin
Long story short... Moving from zoho.com server to zoho.eu Have 4 different zip files for four different users. Want to use mailadmin to allocate the zips to each account without having to go into each user account and import. Must be a way of doing this as Zoho are pitching themselves to big companies.
Linked Account Won't "Unlink"
It looks like I somehow linked my Zoho email and yahoo email (don't exactly remember doing this), but I can't unlink the accounts. In the Zoho email settings it shows "no accounts linked", but my Zoho inbox is still flooded with email from my yahoo account. Additionally, when I sign in to Zoho and the page is loading, it's showing my yahoo email. How do I get these unlinked? The yahoo account gets nothing but pure spam and it's junking up my Zoho inbox.

Can't add field to signup form
I m trying to create a popup form that will send the info to Zoho Campaigns. This works until I need to add a custom filed and I get the error below. I cant figure out how to correct it: the field is on my form, and it is also in Campaign as a field for the email list. How do I overcome this? Any help appreciated. Note : You can map a Campaign field only if there are corresponding fields in Zoho Forms.
