I previously used TeamViewer, and they had a neat feature in which the mouse cursor is always in the middle of the screen, and you scroll the screen underneath the mouse cursor. QQ Mail users can't recieve my email sometimes
Hi all. I am a user from China. I am using the free plan of Zoho Mail. A while ago, I sent an email to a QQ Mail user. Several days later, he told me that he didn't recieve any emails from me. In fact, while sending the email to him, I bcc my own QQ Mail and recieve the email sent from Zoho Mail successfully. So I resent that email again, then he managed to recieve it. I am the actuary of an association with approx. 200 members and was wondering whether anybody is using Zoho CRM for typical tasks: Keep track of members (entry date, payment of membership fees) Keep track of board members Keep track of events (member meetings, excursions, etc,) and attendance of such events Sending out invitations to all members Sending out invitation and communications (minutes, letters, etc) to board members onlyCRM offers much more features than necessary for such simple administration.

Email formatting is different when sent out as a test email
When I am editing my email campaign, I included social widgets such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter at the bottom of my email. However, when I send the draft as a test email, I only see the Facebook social widget and the alignment for that section is messed up. How do I fix this?

Generated PDF are editable
Hi! I just noticed that the PDF generated by a Zoho Form is editable by any PDF editor, or in other words, the PDF doesn't have the security setting that prevents edits enabled. I've been checking out the PDF settings offered by Zoho Forms and it looks like this setting isn't available. Would it be possible to configure the PDF so that it's not editable? Thanks!
Correspondence between form pages and PDF pages
Hi! My office is using Zoho Forms extensively and we've noticed that there's no correspondence between the form pages and the PDF pages. Given that each form page is a separate page by intent and design, the lack of correspondence translates into a rather confusing PDF. Wouldn't it be nice to have a check in the PDF settings to preserve the correspondence between pages? Thanks for the great product!

How do we prevent Undelivered Mail notification from creating a new ticket
Hi, We've been using Zoho Desk with a workaround for the 1 contact = 1 account limitation by using dummy contacts (email). Because of these, users tend to send an email to these dummy emails, which causes a bounceback email in Zoho saying it was undelivered. Is it possible to just add this notification to the log or history of the ticket instead of creating a new ticket? It has become troublesome for us which is unfortunately something we can't avoid unless the limitation is fixed. Thank you. Regards,

Cant adjust stock or use items in PO
Hello, I was using Zoho INV system, were is have created a few items. I'm now trying Zoho Inventory and I do see the items created in Zoho INV under items. But, I cannot adjust stock levels nor I cant open PO with one of this items. They just dont show up on the list. See pictures attached. Why is that please? Do I need to create them again in the Inventory system? Thanks.
