My Respondent Can't Edit Responses After Submit
I'm a paid user. When respondents submit their form they get "URL to edit your response" but they can't actually edit their response. The setting in email & notification section "Include a link to allow respondents to edit their responses" But they can't edit without access as form's admin, how can?! Please notice this and allow my respondents to "edit their responses" as feature name.
Filter Account by Product
Is there a way to set a filter on products in the accounts view? I understand I can go to products and then see the associated accounts but that doesn't allow me to filter the accounts further. I need to filter on the accounts view. Thanks!

Creating a project From Inside CRM does not set task States
I have the CRM connected to Projects and have a template to create a project with a batch of tasks. If I create this inside PROJECTS, All is fine. Yay! If I create this same project using the New Project link from the Projects related list in the CRM, then the task states are not set correctly and the tasks do not open when you click on them. We are implementing remote authentication and have a couple of questions 1) How will this work for agents who are logging in? It seems as if when an agent logs in there are some issues. 2) When our portal users log in, the name is coming in a 'undfined'. Hello, we are purchasing stock in USD$ and selling in GHS. is there and option to create a price list and INV automatically in GHS? i.e Zoho to convert USD cost to GHS price by INV date of currency value and add margin to the final customer INV. Another example, we purchase product X in 50 USD and sell it 2 weeks later with 15% margin in GHS.
