Zohobooks website software error "ACCESS DENIED" even though
browser is upgraded to version 67
Hi, It doesnt matter which upgraded browser I am using, Zohobooks website says "ACCESS DENIED" upgrade browser. I have version 67+ of Chrome and still this message is coming. Screenshot is attached. I am also unable to access the helpline even at 9:08am in the morning. It says all operators are buy with customer calls. I have left multiple messages but no call back. I need to file my tax returns as 31st July deadline is approaching, and Zoho website has just stopped working. Please help ASAP.

I have set-up a form, and it automatically had several response types added to it. I would like to remove all but one response type (I want to keep the sign-up thank you page). How is this done?
Zoho Mail - Delay receiving e-mails on Gmail accounts
Hi, I am developing a website that uses Zoho Mail SMTP. It is used to send informative e-mails to the users and e-mails with links to verify the accounts and/or to reset passwords. But I noticed that some e-mails were being sent with a 4/5min delay. I started testing with 2 Gmail accounts and 2 Outlook accounts and realized the e-mails are sent in time to the Outlook accounts and the delay only happens on the Gmail accounts. Page sections get duplicated in another page
Ok here's my problem. I started by creating the Home page and completed all the sections. Then I added/created a second page and again completed all the sections and elements, but this time all the sections got carried over or copied to the Home page. I understand you cannot run a report with only "the last note created" however when I try to run a report with notes within the last month for instance there may be certain potentials that this applies to multiple times producing multiple lines of information. Bulk migration of Emails from prior CRM
Emails are obviously an important part of the CRM equation. In our migration to Zoho, we were told that there was minimal support for bulk importing emails. Note we do NOT use Zoho Mail. These emails do NOT reside in an email server, but instead we would expect to import .eml formatted files or some other type of file import. This email import should also support attaching these emails to accounts, contacts and/or opportunities. Ideally, an email should be linked to all 3 if applicable.

Instant actions gone from Workflow Rules?
I had the Pro edition some time ago. It was downgraded to the free edition for a period of time, but now I've upgraded it again to Pro. I had set some workflow rules that included Scheduled actions when a new lead was created, and suddenly they don't work anymore. Instead a note says only available in Enterprise edition. Hi, I need to perform a search within a multi-line field that has more than 2,000 characters. However the filter function isn't available if we increase the character limit to more than 2,000, and the global search isn't very accurate (gives many irrelevant results). How can I do the search then? Besides, can you report the filter issue to the product team to see if they can integrate that to their next update? We have almost customized our CRM to the way we needed, but we need to export our completed deals data to a small proprietary database hosted on amazon. Which is the correct / easiest way to do this on Zoho's end? Use a webhook (in zoho CRM) to send the completed deals on Zoho CRM's recordid info to our amazon host. which will then trigger the zoho api (hosted on amazons server) to pull the data from zoho? We are trying to get Leads into CRM from another CRM (completely different than Zoho). I thought we can use Webhooks, the problem is that Zoho Webhooks seem to be made only to Send data out of Zoho. Still I see Zoho Webhooks can be setup with the Method "GET". Do anybody know how to get Leads into Zoho CRM? Is it possible to receive Webhooks? Somehow?
