missing incoming e-mails
I stopped receiving e-mails from spcific e-mail: DL032@HOTMOBILE.CO.IL starting 05/28/2018. The last e-mail received was on 5/27/2018. The e-mails get CC'd to number of different recipients and all of them receive them except for me. I checked ZOHO - Spam, Trash, Filters etc and found nothing. I use Outlook so I checked filters on Outlook- nothing. And even if Outlook would delete them I would be able to see them in Trash on Zoho - but nothing. Please help.
Zoho Desk - The value passed for the 'contactid' parameter is invalid
I have retrieved the contact id from the /api/v1/contacts API, but when I use the value of the id when creating a ticket the I get the response {"message":"The value passed for the 'contactid' parameter is invalid."} This data is required and it is a Long. I am providing it, but am a loss as to in what way it is invalid. Any ideas?
Error Message: "Requested entity does not exist"
The message "Requested entity does not exist" has been appearing in certain emails, by no reason. However, when right-clicking the email and try to forward it, the email content (message and attachments) appears with no errors. Please, try to check this specific error in order to solve our problem.
Comments in Workflows
The new workflow builder is amazing! It would be nice though to have a notes field, so I can leave a comment like I can in deluge. Just like with code, it's difficult to remember why a particular workflow rule was put in place when you have lots of workflows. While it's great to be able to easily click some buttons to make powerful workflows, right now I have to keep a separate document that tells me what the reason was that I put the workflow in place.
hiding rows and columns
Hi Just signed up to the service, like the plugins ect, but there is no support for hiding rows and columns. i have uploaded a sheet from excel which had hidden rows and columns, which then all became visible. there is no feature to hide, will you be supporting this in future?
Admin Settings- Different Groups
I have created separate GROUPS for different Company DEPARTMENTS and each Group has an Administrator. We don't want to see each others projects. etc. and they need the Administrator rights to manage their Groups, since the Manager role is more limited. Is that something you are considering to add in the future?

Is it possible for email ticket replies to show up as sent email in Gmail?
We currently use a Gmail based workflow. If replies to tickets that came in via Gmail could show up as sent emails in the same Gmail thread, that would help our transition a great deal. Is that possible?

I have a table of employees that includes their login email address and a field that indicates if they can see confidential information (Yes/No). I have a report with each record marked if it contains confidential information. When a report is opened I want to show only records that are non confidential unless the employee is allowed to see confidential information. Setting a variable to the current date
Does anyone know how to get the current date that a flow has started on? IM trying to create a flow that triggers quarterly and the only options are daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. I'd like more control over setting schedules for flows. Right now it seems like the only way to achieve a quarterly flow is to make a monthly one and check if the month is one of the quarter months.
Insert Into Function with a Lookup Field

gantt chart - viewing all milestones
I have a project with more than 10 milestones but i cannot get a gantt view where i can see all the milestones, due to the 10 filters limit. there must be a work around so that i can see all the milestones in a single gantt view? thanks!

Gantt Chart View - customisable?
Hi there, I would like to export a milsetone gantt chart for a client, but I do not want to include the "%" "duration" or 'owner' fields (highlighted in the screenshot). I have set up the exchange sync in Outlook for my zoho mail. The emails and calendar works well to sync between outlook and zoho mail web login. But the Tasks fails to sync between outlook and the Zoho Mail web login. The outlook version is Outlook 2016. Does anyone know how to make it work?

Cannot view SENT IMAP messages in SalesInbox or my Email client.
Hi, when I send mail from Zoho CRM to my clients, the messages do not show up in the 'Sent' folder in SalesInbox or in my email client, which is a huge problem. I use a third party IMAP server which is synced with Zoho CRM. Incoming mail works fine, but I cannot see my sent messages anywhere, nor do they show up in my email client. Hi everyone I am in the process of setting up "enterprise zoho CRM". I have set up a list of products, we only have 20 or so. When i then go to create a quotation, the products selection is not available. I can create new product in the quotation section but cannot see exiting products? Not sure what to do next. thank you

Conditional display of fields in Account screen based on Booleans
It would be really nice if you could set-up some conditional display of fields in the account screen based on booleans or other logic tests. We capture a lot of information that is not applicable to all accounts so it would be useful to be able to hide those fields until a check box is selected, to avoid having a really long screen of inputs. It would be also nice if this was extended to other logical tests - like if Shipping Country is X then display these fields Just a thought
