Delete ENTIRE chat history?
Hello, I know how to go through the chat history and delete individual chats, I was curious if there was a way to delete ALL of them in either a single or multiple batches? We have a lot of chats going back a while and I've been deleting them individually, but I'm hoping there's a more efficient way of clearing the chat history. Thank you! Matt

Like probably many, I was forced into new interface on May 18. I use nested folders to organize my emails. In the old interface I'd do a search. Then put the cursor over the folder name - see below. And the full breadcrumbs path would popup. That feature disappeared in the new interface. It only shows the end folder, but no the full breadcrumbs path. If it is possible to preset an email sending time for future... It looks like to be very efficient way when you have spare time to work for future or preset some emails before you will go for a business trip...Close timed emails always good before a visit or phone call. How do I avoid duplicates across all modules when I don't always have the email address? I've been importing leads from spreadsheets, many times we haven't found the contact information yet, especially because sometimes there is more than one contact to reach out to. When importing the leads, I have all the email fields come in as "noemail@domainname.com". Hello, I realize that depending on where you are on Zoho Recruit, the steps to associate candidates to jobs are a bit different. I explain myself : 1) - if you are on a list of candidates, you can associate one (or more) candidates to jobs by doing that : select candidate(s) with the check box/3 dots button/associate job openings/type the name of the client/search... Project Timeline Gantt only shows 3 years
When viewing current projects in the Project Timeline Gantt view, it only shows a date range of current year, plus one year before and after. (E.g. if today is in 2018, then the Project Timeline Gantt view will only show 2017, 2018 and 2019.) The problem is that any project with start or end date outside of this range (e.g. start before 1 Jan 2017 or end after 31 Dec 2019) will not be visible at all on the Project Timeline Gantt view. Hello, Im using zoho mail but really dont like revamp of the Zoho Mail 2018. It really makes me confused. Somehow, you need to improve it better - like 2017. Since changing to zoho mail 2018, our emails sometimes going to straight spam folder of clients. Dont know why? Please advice

I have been using Zoho Recruit Enterprise Edition for years today, I decided to give Zoho One a try. It automatically entered me into a trial period which was fine but when I tried to access my Zoho Recruit, it stated that I need to go ahead and upgrade Zoho One to a paid account. Scheduler and a Random Number Generator
I want to generate a random number in the Scheduler so that I can choose one of the items from a list. As I understood, there is no random number generator in Deluge. However, it was suggested to use zoho.currenttime.toLong() and use the microseconds places to generate the random numbers. However, the Scheduler runs at a fixed time because of which the last three bits are always zero. Is there any other way to generate a random number from inside the Scheduler?
