Emails to candidates not being tracked
Anyone here experiencing problems with tracking emails sent to candidates from Zoho Recruit? It used to work until about 2 weeks ago, where most of the emails will remain in "sent" status. I had done tests as well as received responses from candidates, but the status still shows "sent" or at best "delivered". Support is not really helpful. Their last response was 2 weeks ago saying they would look into it. Am wondering if anyone here shares the same problem.
Auto-populate Lookup field to link back to 'parent' form?
I have a long, complex form that I want to split into multiple Child forms, linked back to the Parent form using a hidden Lookup field that automatically gets populated via a URL from the Parent form. I would need to populate a Notes field in the Parent form that can pop open the Child form including the Parent form ID. Is this possible? Any tips?
Social tab in CRM vs. Zoho Social app integration
We get many leads through social media (incl. direct messages). From what I understand, the professional plan on Zoho CRM has the social tab and can record messages with leads and contacts. We have been in touch with leads over email with Gmail accounts as well as Zoho Mail (which is of course much more storage limited). Now we're getting into Zoho CRM and need to see past email and track current email. My Jobs Tab - CEO - Filter
When your role is set to CEO and you click on "My Jobs" you see all the jobs for everyone in the entire organization. This makes no sense. This should have a filter function just like any other module so that the user, even if CEO can display only jobs that are relevant to him/her and approvals. Hello, For some reason, emails that I have set to forward from my GMail account' rules to my Zoho address are delivered directly to my Zoho Trash folder. Mail is requiring cell phone verification, but I have multiple accounts
I'm starting a new business, and am working on setting up email. The problem I'm facing is that in order to even begin, Zoho Mail is requiring that I verify the account by receiving a code to my cell phone it appears. Unfortunately, when I put in my cell phone, it says that is already in use. This is a big problem, as I'd like to use the service to assist many other clients and set up their emails initially. Unable to make the banner image re-size to fit into it's container
