how to set item_type to sales_and_purchases and inventory also
We would like to add item which is for sales, purchase and for which we want to track inventory also, but there is no option through api to set all these three. Options available are Optional Type of the item. Allowed values: sales, purchases, sales_and_purchases

Hello, I came across the following script that spells out numbers to words (many thanks to whoever wrote it, can't seem to find the source anymore). However, I do need to customize this script a little bit and include several currency denominations such as Euros and US Dollars (Currency will be selected from a Dropdown field). E.g. 1: 15000.50 EUR => Fifteen thousand Euros and fifty cents. E.g. 2: 15000.50 USD => Fifteen thousand US Dollars and fifty cents Can some please show me how can this be

Schedule - editing disabled + what timezone are they executing in?
I'm getting really confused here. My Zoho org is set as Pacific US Timezone (Seattle) but my account I set it up as UTC/GMT for clarity. (but physically I'm in UTC-5) Now I'm trying to schedule a function to run at 00:30 of Pacific time. What should I put in the schedule? Also are schedules somehow limited as to how many times I can edit the time? I was just trying to change the time to see what will be displayed in NEXT RUN, but right now I can't even activate it nor edit. This is sooooo confusing!

Automated Email New Account - Ninja
Hello When I create a new account I have set up a workflow to send an email to them, this works fine when creating the account manually in Zoho yet when the account is created from the Ninja forms integration the email automation doesn't trigger. It is set up as this will be executed an Account is created> rule will be executed for all records> instant actions email notifications then the email I have set up. Any help as to what I can do to trigger this send automatcally would be much apprciated.
ScreenSharing with Cliq ?
It is great that we have the possibility to do voice and video chat with Cliq. I find myself sometimes in a situation where I would like to show my screen and for that, I need to ask my colleagues to switch to Zoho Meeting or Assist. Outgoing disabled
Hello, two users under the domain tururu.cat (comandes<at>tururu<dot>cat) and (info<at>tururu<dot>cat) can't send emails due to a spamer/virus on our computer (it was trying to send emails constantly). The accounts were disabled for outgoing. I'm now sure the computer is ok but I can't enable these accounts again. Operation permitted for paid user(s) only Can we re-enable it again. Need to change date format in deluge to interact with an API
Hello, I am working with an API for an external service that I'm integrating into my app but there are a couple of date parameters that need to be sent in a specific format. One is a timestamp like this 2018-06-13T15:00:56.782Z and another is similar but just the date like this 2018-06-13. When I use the built in function 'today' I get "Jun 15,2018" and when I use 'now' I get "Jun 15,2018 09:13:16". I can't find any functions to change the format, how can I do this to match the ISO8601 format required?
Not able to unblock account
Hello, My account victor.galvez@lariaza.com got blocked fo exceeding my mail storage. I deleted my emails and used the unblock me page. I enter the capcha and then got the page telling me that my account was unblocked. I tried to use my email and it kept blocked. Did the same thing 3 times (use the unblock page and the 3 times got the page that said it was unblocked) but it doesn't unblock my mail. Is the unblockme page no working? Thanks.
Auto BCC
Is there a way to auto BCC any emails sent from Zoho Mail to CRM? I want to be able to BCC all emails sent from Zoho Mail on my domain to the CRM system to keep a log / record etc but I cannot find the setting to do this.

Name on email sent is not changing to what is set in "Profile"
Not sure if this is is an issue on my end or not but... whenever I send an email (using account design@henryh.net), the sender name defaults as "design", and not the name I specified under zoho accounts (which is Henry). Am I missing a setting somewhere? Thanks in advance!

Zoho Subscription - questions
I'm planning to integrate Zoho subscriptions. Before that would like to know how to configure the plan with following need: - expected monthly payment - Auto renewal should be optional - If customer subscribing with non-credit card option, he/she should stay active for that month. - Customer should perform further month payments manually. In this case how he/she will get notified? - If customer haven't paid the dues, my server need to keep showing respective instruction before he/she makes the payment.

Get task - owner_work and work_type fields missing
Some fields which are requested during Task Creation are not sent back when we fetch task details via the API. The API I tried : https://projectsapi.zoho.com/restapi/portal/???/projects/???/tasks/???/ Following fields are not available while fetching a particular task over API. owner_work work_type This should be simple to add to the API as the data is already there right? Can Zoho developers please look into it? Or is the owner_work data available in any other API? I tried to check the API docs
