Split Column Option for Data Preparation Do you have a concatenated values in your columns which you want to split for making better sense of your data and analytics? A simple example is splitting a customer name column as first name and last name. The new Split Column option helps you do this exactly. The Split Column option allows you to split the value in a column into multiple columns based on a separator. This can be applied over the columns with data type Text, Multi-line Text, Email and URL.

Google Analytics Tracking Code for Campaigns and Surveys
I'm using Zoho Campaigns and Survey for a bulk email which links to a survey. I set up Google Analytics by adding the integration to Zoho Campaigns and then setting up a property in Google Analytics with the URL provided by Zoho Survey (which is where the link in the Campaigns email leads to). But I'm unsure where to add the tracking code. I assume I add it in the email content somewhere and the survey content somewhere. But the provided tracking code is a script, so I'm unsure where to add it.

Hello, I'm currently in the process of testing zoho one. There are some application which I need the full version, while others I don't. Here is my question... I need the CRM, Project, and Books as full version. I also use email. Is it possible to have the apps I need with one username using it as Zoho One, and have 5 mail user using the free version. In other words, if I am using Zoho One, can it be mixed with the free version as well? Thanks in advance.

Zoho Mail - issues with IMAP in Outlook and Sending Error issues
Hi I have set up my zoho emai account in Outlook 2011, And today have been receiving regular errors stating: "connection to the server failed or was dropped" "Mail could not be sent" "error code 3259" Attached is a screen shot of the error messages and also my account settings. I am wondering is this an Outlook issue or a Zoho issue. Please clarify asap, as I have been having many issues with this email account.

Unable to verify email address
Hi, I am setting up emails for a new domain name but erroneously I signed up with a new email address which is yet not created. Now, I am not able to create that in the ADD USERS list as it says the account is already created. Since I do not have mailbox of that address, I am not even able to get into the dashboard since it is asking for verification, which eventually would come on the email but there is no mailbox as such. Are responses to a Mass Email visible in the Email section of a lead?
One of my sales reps sent a series of follow-up emails to some leads. He got a response from one of them and was hoping to see that response in the Email section of the lead record (as he does with all other leads, via the Gmail integration.) However, this particular response does not seem to be showing up in the Emails for that Lead record. Anyone know why?

problem with deleting sub-form records in Creator
We've created an application that consists of one master form and two sub-forms that are linked to the master form. Thus, within the master form, there can be multiple records for each sub-form. Any one of these records can be deleted by clicking on the red X next to it, and then it no longer appears in the master form. The problem is that sub-form records deleted from within the master form still show up in the sub-form view. So, they’re clearly not being deleted from the database. Has anyone

Is it possible to create a Sales order record in Zoho CRM from a Sales record in Subscription? I import all Website sales in CRM and was expecting sales processed in house in Subscriptions to be pulled into CRM in the same format. However, a sale processed in Subscriptions only feeds into CRM Zoho Finance Module. I understand that Subscriptions will turn a sales order into an invoice but how can i import even the invoice into CRM as a record? All i get is a link to a pdf to view the invoice. Thanks

While configuring and testing Zoho desk, I have created my departments and their email addresses, but sending an email to any of the addresses for any of the departments doesn't work. Dear colleagues! To work with Zoho CRM products we need to update daily about 38 000 elements of Contacts module and 10 000 elements of Potentials module. But updateRecords method allows to update data in only one element per call and restriction of no more than 1 500 calls to API per day doesn't allow us to make necessary quantity of updates.
