1. I would like my opened emails/contacts to remain on the side where they were instead of in tabs on top. There was already too much space taken from the top of the overall view and now the tabs make it worse. 2. I agree with everyone who said the column on the left takes up too much room. 3.The FROM, TO and SUBJECT fields in write mail take up too much room. 4. If you stroll through prior posts by their staff, regardess of what you want, regardless of what you hope to do, regardless of how unhappy you are with something they have done, their staff will assure you that they are "positive" you will end up falling madly in love with their choices. Hence, my gradual moving over to the other, just as insincere choice, gmail. Sad, was nice to have had an actual choice in the past, whihc we have clearly lost.

Here is an example: ApplicationA: "Form1" has fields: Name1, Email1, Department1 ApplicationB: "Form2" has fields: Name2 and Email2 --> Name2 is my lookup field. --> When I lookup a name, I want Email2 to automatically populate from Application A field Email1. Change author of the description field
I've noticed whenever a ticket is created for a customer, the author of the description field is always the customer. Is it possible to change that to the person who actually wrote the info? Example 1 - a customer calls our support line, I take the call, and open a ticket. Rather than displaying my name under the description, is shows the customer's. I'm having issue with my attachment viwer opening attachements but only showing a blank white page, doesn't seem to matter what type of fikle format does it for everything. If I download the attachemnts they show up fine. Can't seem to find any settings that would fix the problem. Any advise?

can't sign in - huge flaw in ZOHO mail
PLEASE can someone help me. I have been searching for over an hour but cannot find a solution to this. I have created a number of sub-accounts for my business. When I try to log in for THE FIRST TIME, it says the password is wrong. When I try to reset the password, it sends the reset link to the very email address which I do not have access to, i.e. the email address which I was trying to log in with. This is a huge flaw in zoho mail. Where is the link to login and create a username for each account?

Consent Email Reminders
Hi, I have tried to speak to support about this but having no luck. The first consent email is due to be sent on Friday (I know we are late to the party) I want to send the reminder email on Tuesday and the final one on Wednesday so that we are all done before the 25th May and the law comes in. However, it will only allow me to schedule the emails 7 days apart. Why is this? I need to get 3 emails out in the next 7 days. Please help me get this fixed asap.

Subform Lookup Field - no search option on mobile device
We have a Creator form which has a Subform. The Subform has a Lookup field linked to another module. That other module has over 800 records. When selecting the Lookup field value on the Web/Desktop interface, user can start typing text and selections will filter based on contains text. But on Mobile device/Creator App, this is not possible? User must scroll and find only using very big list. Please advise if there exist a workaround.

Visible Field Descriptions in New Version?
I would like to have a field description visible at all times for users, but I don't want long field names. For example: I would like Zoho Users to see: Number of PCs (Corp Location) The field name would be: Number of PCs This would not be part of the field name: (Corp Location) Have a field named 'Number of PCs (Corp Location)' is much too long and I've noticed that long field names cause problems when using Zoho CRM Reports.
