Converting Month Numeric Value to Month Name
Is there a way to convert the number returned by getmonth() from the numeric value to the month name? I would think something like a built-in function or CASE OF statement but I don't see either of those as available. Will old free accounts keep POP/IMAP access ?
When I signed up for a free Zoho mail account, POP/IMAP access was included. It seems that new free accounts don't have that benefit. Could you confirm that my account still has that benefit ? Will it keep it ? I understand one has to switch to the old interface to access POP/IMAP settings. Is that right ?
Missing leads Zoho CRM
Since we started using Zoho, we have not built in much functionality, and have only used the CRM/ Leads module. From the beginning, random leads have disappeared. Just dropped out and went missing. At first, we thought we had made a mistake. Now, some of our longer term, high-profile leads have disappeared, and no one on the phone seems to be able to do anything but tell us "this can't happen". That's great, but it did - several times. What's up Zoho - what's the bug?

Hey, I am working on a bot which asks "certain user" "certain specific questions" at a scheduled time interval on a recurring basis. E.g. agenda and a mood every morning. Update Task 'Due Date' field based on a formula
We have a Workflow rule that creates a Task when a field of the module is edited. The Due Date of this task is set to a date field value of the module. If the value is in the past, we want it to be set in the future. How can we achieve this automatically? As far as I can tell, Task Due Date are only Date fields and we can't add a formula to it. Ex:If Due Date is 12/16/2000, make it 12/16/2018
Use Zoho Vault with Google Account authentication
I authenticate to Zoho using a Google account, so I do not have a Zoho passphrase. Is it possible to use Zoho Vault when using Google Authentication. Also, is it possible to reset a Zoho Vault passphrase when using Google authentication since resetting the Zoho Vault passphrase requires entering a Zoho passphrase which does not exist?

Hi, I've been able to get the geomapping to successfully work but it only shows one data point for that county/zip code. It would be nice if the Geo mapping included a Street address or allow you to enter a specific Latitude, Longitude so that the points would scatter more. I know I know... you said, "don't worry you can move back to old style" and I believed you. I moved from gmail to zoho ten years ago when they "upgraded" their look too. Cannot see images sent to our Zoho desk
I am not able to see images attached to email coming into our Zoho desk account. I have updated Chrome, cleared the cache, rebooted, verified being able to receive images from Zoho. All images (jpg, png, gif . . . etc) show the attached image instead of what our customer sends. This just started Friday 5/11/2018.
Mobile App Won't Show Unread Emails
The Zoho Mail mobile app was working 100% fine until a few days ago. There was an app update, and after that some problems started. The app isn't syncing correctly and now I don't see there are unread emails. I cleared the cache and logged in again, but no luck.
Where do emails go when fetching is off?
I have users that sometimes e-mail the support address but I don't always want it to automatically create a ticket. When e-mail fetching is off, is there a place I can go to see where the emails are? Or do they just disappear? Thank you!

Subform field delimiter in reports
Hello. In the previous version of Creator, when I was designing a report with fields from a subform, I was able to specify a different delimiter for each field (with exception of the first one). Now in C5 I cannot find that functionality (it allows me to specify only one general delimiter, not one for each field). Is there a way to accomplish this in C5? And if the answer is "no", is there a way to go back to the previous Creator version? Thanks in advance.

Can someone please confirm something when running the new Desktop Lite app on a Windows 10 desktop in a domain environment? It seems like you can only run the app as an Administrator?! Is this expected behaviour? If so it means its unuseable on our network. Thanks, James
